Ordered an iPad case which apparently cost £59 from I gadgetry they were selling them for £16 plus £4.95 p&p seemed like a great bargain what I received was a piece of junk I could have picked up at a market stall for about £2 no way had that ever cost £15 never mind £59 they claimed it was worth I emailed my complaint right away still waiting for them to get in touch I now have to pay recorded delivery to send this piece of junk back never again!

A fantastic site with excellent customer service. The range of items available at such good prices has enabled me to spread the cost of Birthdays and Christmas. Even better, it has encouraged me to 'step outside' the high street for fashion, which at 70 but not ready for crimplene, has been a huge bonus as well as confidence builder. The up front p&p for a year has been fantastic value.

I ordered boots for 90£ and they took the money then never dispatched the boots. After a long wait I emailed secret sales and they ignored me. Thank fully I had paid using PayPal, so I raised a refund request with them and PayPal got me my money back the same day. Without PayPal, I think I'd have lost my money entirely. Don't use SecretSales, it's not reliable or safe.

The experience of shopping with secretsales has been a quality one from start to finish... email alerts of sales and order status, loyalty bonus scheme, easy payment method with paypal, great choice and even better prices. Id definitely recommend secretsales for a great on line shopping experience that offers quality goods across a range of price brackets.

I've placed two orders for the same blazer, they tell you it will arrive, you wait almost 2 months and then they just tell you that you won't receive it. All they do is give you a £5 voucher and you still have to pay for delivery which is very expensive.
Worst experience with them! Don't recommend! Never order from them!

The service is very efficient. I was satisfied with my order arrived in excellent condition as expeceted. I shop on secretsale frequently for great designer things at a discounted price. Highly recommend to everyone who wants great items -different everyday.

Beware of the so called bargain prices on this site! I bought a Swarovski gift set, it came in a plastic jiffy bag! I bought some suncream, i was back fom holiday before it was even dispatched ( long after the given dispatch date) I ordered 2 pairs of givenchy shoes for half the price of anywhere else, they kept £600 of my money for 6 weeks and then emailed to say sorry we can't get them after all! They sent me a £5 discount voucher as compensation! Needles to say i won't be using it. Think twice, if something seems too good to be true it usually is!

I saved a fortune last Christmas, getting most of my presents from here. My family were over the moon at the designer items they received, but only I knew the bargain price I paid for them :)

I have used Secret Sales on a number of occasions to buy high end clothing from men's and womenswear as well as children's sections. I have also purchased cosmetics and homeware. The discounts offered represent good value with the odd bargain depending on size availability. The only slight downside is that products often take up to 14 days to arrive and are not grouped together so if you are needing an item quickly say as a present it's worth checking out the delivery date as there is no indication until after purchase that a 14 day turnaround may be likely.

I've used Secretsales.com quite a few times mostly for clothing from top brands at great value. On every occasion the goods have been of the highest quality and the service excellent. Yes you sometimes have to wait a while for dispatch but you wouldn't get such a great price if you didn't and secretsales are very good at keeping you informed of exactly where your goods are in the delivery process. I once had occasion to cancel an order and I wondered how this would be received. The answer was superbly. There were no quibbles or hassle just done and confirmed very quickly.
