Secret Sales

Submitted an order with number of items back in March and generally you never get all in one go they always come at different time. One item never arrived and under there sight it says delivery in progress. Given it has been sometime I reached out to them to see what had happened only to find out not only I am not getting this item but also I am charged for it where they are not taking any responsibility for not delivering.

Absolutely fantastic service. All of my orders arrive within the time frame that is specified, and all are packaged really well. I have not had one order yet that I've had to return. My husband and I have purchased a lot of things over the last year or so and we are so pleased that we've come across Secretsales. We have purchased a lot of designer clothes, shoes etc for a fraction of the price that you would pay if you brought direct. Fabulous company.

They sell fabulous designers that you get on a high street at an expensive price for an amazing low price. Cheap is not the word to use because, that would make it look inferior. They are just to fabulous! I look forward every day to what they have for sale each day. Very addictive!

Secretsales is one of my favourite websites to shop from. They have a good range of products and a variety of sales come and go to keep it interesting without overloading. I've often found presents for girlfriends and for myself that I just wouldn't have time to look for in shops. The discounted prices are a great bonus so I can give really great presents but with great savings. The free delivery is a massive draw. I just shop as and when without trying to tie up orders to save on delivery charges. Great job SS!

Secretsales is one of the best sites of its type. The selection of products available is extensive and mostly offers very good value for quality merchandise. I use it regularly when seeking something for myself or to purchase gifts for friends and family. I always advise my family (who live abroad) to purchase Secretsales gift vouchers for my birthday & Christmas, etc., which saves them postage and I get exactly what I want, when I want it.

On the rare occasions (and I buy a lot of things from Secretsales), when I have had items go missing during the delivery process, the Secretsales staff, have always tried their best to assist in a remedy.

I love to shop with Secretsales. They always have such a range of products from fantastic suppliers. The added benefit of always making a saving is just the icing on the cake. I find myself always checking secretsales first to check if they have what i need, whether it being on a open sale or on the outlet.

In terms of service, i couldn't fault them. Once you order you are kept informed on the order and its expected delivery date. Any queries you only have to call or email them and someone gets back to you asap. Not often you find a shop whom prides themselves on offering products at fantastic prices without risking quality.

My parcel was left on the floor in the street somewhere. When I finally asked when it was arriving, they said it was delivered & I needed to fill out a form. After waiting sometime for the form. They then it was to late to do anything. As well as battling with Covid I'm now £94 out of pocket because they think its acceptable to leave a parcel just on floor. I dont have a garden or safe place anywhere.

While they do have great bargains, I've had so much trouble with them, it's just not worth it. They take your order, and your payment, then your items are late, then later still, so if it's for a gift,... forget it! I ordered a watch for my husband's birthday, at about £200. They sent the wrong one! I had to return it then wait for a refund, which they couldn't get right, even though I told them what they owed me. It took so many emails! I've had so many wrong items, and now their latest farce has really ticked me off. They take orders, and your money, yet often don't actually have the items available. Then when the make mistakes, they take over a month to refund you! It's just not on. Trading standards should take a look.

When I first heard about Secretsales, I was a little bit weary about it- so many online websites can nowadays drive you a little bit crazy and you really don't trust them. However, ever since the first time I shopped at Secretsales, I have been loving it! Everything about it is wonderful! Love the diversity of the brands, how easy is to use the website and how quickly they inform you about your delivery. Oh and the amazing discounts you get! Absolutely fab :) Have recommended it to many of my family and friends. Even my husband who doesn't enjoy shopping, spends many hours browsing and buying!

First of all you think you're getting a bargain, but if you google the item you can usually find it the same price or cheaper. And it can take weeks to arrive and I mean up 6/8 weeks. I have purchased a couple of nice items of clothing that were genuine & not fake. But it's a hassle to return items and delivery takes so long it put me off from using the sight. I've only used the SS a couple of times due to this and wouldn't bother with it again

Have shopped with secretsales for a while now and have loved the products they sell, from house hold goods, jewellery clothes and shoes all top brand names. I've found the site easy to use and when I've had to call regarding a query the staff have been super friendly. As I'm not the smallest of women I have found the site caters for all sizes and ages. Great idea to have a reward sceam for customers so I can treat myself now and again with products that may normally be out of my price range.

I recently purchased a pair of EMU boots of my usual size. Postage was £4.99. On arrival usual size was too small therefore had to be returned. No free returns label supplied by this company therefore the cheapest amount to return these was £12.98. I have spent £17.97 with nothing to show. After several emails of complaint I was advised Secretsales.com do not refund postage. I have unsubscribed to this site and suggest others do the same to ensure they are not treated unfairly and robbed in the same way.

Just had a terrible experience with Secret Sales and would recommend staying clear of them. Terrible customer service and no thought for the customer to sort out the problem, and just hid behind being a reseller despite them taking my money and making their cut from my purchase. Not using again!

Amazing range and prices are fantastic, I have been registered with this site for a number of years and have never been disappointed. Managed to find great gifts for all the family without breaking the bank
