I paid a lot of money for a ticket to attend Brentford FC v Newcastle United on 8th of April 2023. The ticket I received was a fake (as confirmed by Brentford FC) and I was denied entry to the ground. The communication afterwards was ridiculous.

I got my partner £500 worth of football tickets for their birthday. This is an event on Boxing Day. 2 months away. They are now incredibly unwell and seats at insist on no refunds whatsoever despite my partnered chronic illness. They can resell the tickets easily as is a very popular event

I order one ticket for Fulham vs Arsenal in the away end 3 month before the game. Booked my travel flights earlier (I come from France). 6 days before the game I just received an email saying my order had been cancelled because they could not provide tickets anymore. At the same time Seatsbay was still seeling the exact same tickets for triple the pricetag I paid for. One my order was cancelled it was impossible to reach anyone at seatsbay they did not answer me anymore. I lost my ticket and the money that goes with my traval expensises

The worse experience ever with seatsbay. They were really quick to debit my credit card for a match but now that my family are not able to attend the match due to the coronavirus, they refuse to refund me. Stating that they would give me a partial refund if I do not post on social media. Obviously they are only interested in keeping the large fee that they charged for the match and are not interested in the health and wellfare of their customers. Joe Davies was the person that responded so abruptly to this request and who blocked my search for Seatsbay on my profile, such appalling service!. Got me the exact tickets I wanted. Price was on market. We were concerned that the tickets hadn't come through at 48 hours but immediately after we inquired, they were delivered.

There are many sites in the field about this site I recommend in 100%
After few experiences. Great service!

I bought two tickets to Chelsea vs Crystal
Palace. Since it was a last minute purchase they gave an address to go and collect tickets which is a Lebanese Restaurant. However when I went there, the restaurant is closed and it does not even open according to the laundry shop next to this Lebanese restaurant. I emailed them with pictures of closed restaurant and they have never reverted back. My money is gone and could not even get to see the match nor the tickets. These guys are registered in Spain so that they can continuously do such fraud. DON NOT BUY and DON NOT SHARE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION WITH THEM.

I had good and simple experience.
I honestly recommend it.

SCAM. Ordered 3 tickets. Every other decent ticket site puts a disclaimer about not adjacent seats. They put it under "terms and condition". When I received non adjacent tickets the chat person only told me to send email and said she is from another department. I sent email asking for help and they replied with legal threats about defamation. Anyhow, their departments are not in sync since another one sent better tickets after my email. Rude, aggressive, bullies. Know zero about customer service. Tickets cost around $43 and they sold around $100 and sent copy paste replies. They don't have a phone number and for a reason.

Seatsbay committed in writing to provide me with certain categories tickets for Arsenal-Napoli (on april 11th) at the agreed price for best available seats. But after my on-line payment to them, I received a phone call from one of seatsbay agents to say I had to pay more for the type of tickets we had agreed by email, otherwise they would have cancelled my tickets. I refused because this was against their written promise but they hang the phone and unilaterally decided to cancel my tickets and refund me with the money. Tickets are now far more expensive and I do not want the money back but simply would like Seatsbay to honour their commitment to provide me with the tickets I have purchased and they have guaranteed in writing to me by email message. I have already written twice to seatsbay asking to fix the problem they have created but received no answer. I will raise a formal complain with the appropriate Consumers Ombudsman Services as regulated by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 but I would also like to leave negative internet reviews so that other consumers do not get trapped, bullied and finally disappointed as it has been for my family.

Received not the category ordered!
Ordered center tickets and got different seats category.
When asked to solve the mistake they just refunded 10 pounds for category difference without a proper solution or trying to exchange the tickets.
If i knew i won't receive the seats i ordered, would never order from them.

Watch out this company.
