The worse experience ever with seatsbay. They were really quick to debit my credit card for a match but now that my family are not able to attend the match due to the coronavirus, they refuse to refund me. Stating that they would give me a partial refund if I do not post on social media. Obviously they are only interested in keeping the large fee that they charged for the match and are not interested in the health and wellfare of their customers. Joe Davies was the person that responded so abruptly to this request and who blocked my search for Seatsbay on my profile, such appalling service!.
