The website was very helpful to compare the features of various chairs but once I put it in my cart the receipt does NOT reflect the various features I choose. This is an important disconnect that could lead to problems.

Astonished to find a Steelcase Leap chair upholstered in leather for less than half the price as a fabric Leap on Amazon! The Leap is the most highly rated ergonomic chair I've found on multiple review sites, but I never thought I'd be able to actually own one. Thank you SO MUCH for making that possible! I'm confident this will be a huge improvement to my quarantine-at-home-while-working experience. (My body & sanity say "Thank You...")

It took a little while to figure out which features came with which types of chairs. Once I figured that out, the rest was easy.

I had some questions about the features on the chair and your terminology as compared to descriptions of similar chairs of the same model. Fingers crossed that I get what I'm expecting.

When the pop up appeared asking me how much I wanted to pay for the chair, I wish I could have found the place to input my answer.

Pricing was very competitive. If chairs arrive as expected and in good condition, I will be very satisfied and may purchase more in the future.

You offer options in accessories on the Herman Miller but don't explain them....casters is my example....nowhere on site is any explanation of each and how to decide which might be best for your office environment

Would like to have more information about the chair like overall seat height...I need to look up that on google which is not that convenient.

Not extensive. Came for specific item, ordered said item for significantly lower than average market price.

the chair says "Semi-Loaded" so i assume the lumbar support is included because it is pictured, but it isn't easily confirmed. otherwise site was easy to use

Straightforward and clear website. Would appreciate additional specifications on office chairs, for example, full dimensions, full description of features.

Some problems checking out. The web interface had trouble with the state. I was able to correct it by changing to another state then back to mine.

I needed to look for shipping information separately from shopping. Not a big deal, but not a 5-star either.

Fairly easy to use the website. Will know better how the total experience delivers once I receive my chair.

Good site, easy to navigate. Wish there was more pictures of actual product instead of stock photos. I wanted to talk to someone about inventory and the office is closed, can't really fault anyone for that. Screw Coronavirus BTW.

Good, I would prefer MORE up-close pictures primarily to capture what the material will look like when it arrives and see or expect any imperfections that will be there. Additionally please note the Steelcase Headrest pictured in your marketing photo is different from the one shown on the actual product.

Use this product at work, very comfortable. spend long hours in this chair. Now teleworking. Upgrading to polished chrome base for aesthetics

Website is well-designed and easy to navigate, but since I haven't yet received the chair and am not sure how long "extra time" will be regarding shipping, I will reserve any substantive feedback until then. Thank you.

It would have been nice if I had received an estimate of delivery time under the free shipping option.

There were a lot of good options to consider and the free shipping really helped make the final decision.

Having the ability select the chair quality (e.g. brand new, used) as well as the features within the same product page would be a much better experience.
