We get to see the view from the seats we chose in advance, and compare prices throughout the stadium. I am guaranteed to feel like I am not being ripped off!
Given the green rating of my seats - as a good value - I expected them not to have an obstructed view, which they did especially for the first four songs of the concert (U2). Everyone moved out of our section to be able to catch a glimpse of the band performing on the floor. No one could see a thing over the lighting and sound equipment. To me- it should have been noted that the seats would be obstructed.

Each tour has a different stage setup and have the ability to change up the setup at any point during the tour, and unfortunately, not all venues are very transparent regarding when there will be obstructions for things like sound stages. This has been a particular pain point for fans who've been attending U2 shows this go-around, and we're really sorry this happened. In these cases, the sellers aren't told of the obstruction, so unfortunately there's no way for them to know about the view and therefore can't notate the listing as such. We highly recommend fans reach out directly to the venue at which the show took place to voice their concerns. We 100% agree that fans should have been made aware of these kinds of obstructions prior to purchasing tickets, and we whole-heartedly support the cause of having venues be more transparent with this information, especially with big shows like this! What the hell. Bought tickets and mlb wont scan. They said they told you about that. But nothing was told to me. I couldnt go to the game after buying tickets. Wasted money. Probably never buying from you again. So disappointed. I used to buy all my tickets here.

We see this order was placed for a White Sox game, which has a strict policy that all tickets must be printed and cannot be scanned from a mobile phone for entry. In those cases, we do make sure to notate the sale and state within the app and the account that the tickets must be printed to ensure fans know that before heading to the game.
That being said, if you had a different issue with the tickets (i. E., you'd printed them, but they didn't scan), you should absolutely follow up with the seller about that to make sure you're reimbursed for the order appropriately. Horrible experience. I was at a Toronto FC game already (My dad got me 2 tickets hours before the game from his work). I decided to look for "good" ticket apps so I can buy tickets for a future game and I stumbled upon SeetGeek. I purchase 2 tickets for the next game, everything is good right? Nope.
A couple of minutes later, I receive an email that I purchased 2 tickets for the game that I'm ALREADY watching. Seeing this, I called SeetGeek 7 times, I missed the first half of the game already and still got no help. On top of that, I didnt even get to sit at the newly and unwanted seats that I "purchased". I called again after the game and had no help, their customer support offered no help either. 4 of them literally said the same thing. I think they're reading from a script or something.
Today I received an email basically telling me that I'll never get a replacement or a credit for their app's mistake.
I basically gave seetgeek at least $100 for screwing me over. Don't trust these guys to help.

Very easy, user friendly app. No hidden fees which is better than StubHub, Ticketmaster, etc. would be nice to earn credit for buying so many tickets or at least a coupon for so much off. Easy to guide through and very user friendly.

I went to buy 4 tickets from this website and it gave me an error code saying i couldn't purchase the tickets because someone already bought them. I bought another set of tickets since I couldn't get the ones i originally wanted only to find out that the first order went through even though it gave me an error message. I have tried to contact them but haven't received a response.
Straightforward, smooth process of finding good values for seats available. Purchase process was smooth, and the tickets were sent to iPhone. I printed hard-copy tickets just in case, but didn't need them as the images in the iPhone worked just fine.

This was the first time I was using seat geek. It worked well with the ticket delivered straight to the phone. Used the phone to enter arena. The only improvement is that the ticket display screen was very sensitive and sometimes skipped two tickets at a time. A next ticket button or reduced sensitivity would be nice ;).
