This app is amazing I've only used for 2 concerts, a why dont we show and that was the best day of my life and a 5sos show that I'm going to in 2 days and I'm super exited. Just wish all tickets had the E ticket option it is much easier than having to risk a ticket getting lost it will be in phone instantly

Called me when they discovered that the $1,400 worth of tickets I ordered were possibly not going to make it. I had to go day of the ND football game to pick them up. Promised a $200 credit and now won't return emails.
Also their price was higher than what my friends paid using stubhub

I work in UX and SeatGeek has some of the best around. Love the quality of deal tags! Easy to make purchases. My feature request would be that you serve up cool events happening near me every now and again via email/notifications. Could probably get me to spend more money!
