Cracked just after 1 year

Bought a Whirlpool microwave door, part #*******. The original door lived for 12 years with careful use. The one bought from them was cracked just after 1 year. They don't provide any warranty. Just a Chinese garbage clone products. They make a lot of money out of these fraudulent clones. Just checked and they're the highest price online for this item. Avoid using them. You've been warned.

Tried to get a fridge shelf from them. First one arrived damaged. Second was wrong part. Third never arrived. Took a long time to get refunds, still waiting. Very friendly customer service people, but they don't keep promises such as call back. I rather use other parts sites such as Parts Dr where I finally got the shelf from.

Almost impossible to cancel order and get refund

I have been attempting to cancel an order and secure a refund for parts that are on back-order for nearly 6 weeks now. Customer "service" is difficult to reach and specializes in scripted responses if you're lucky enough to speak with someone. As it turns out, my order for parts that they don't have in stock was charged to my credit card immediately and now I can't seem to get a confirmation that it was cancelled after numerous attempts...nor can I get a refund. Since it's almost impossible to talk to a real person, let alone a decision maker, I'm about to let them have my $105 and wish them good riddance.

Has to be a scam site.

No way this is a legit Sears site. 20 days and finally got refunded. Stay away. Order went from pending, to ordered, back to pending. 9 days passed I called to cancel the order. You cannot understand the people on the phone. Thought it was cancelled, another 7 days passed and it went from pending back to ordered. I called again to cancel and this rep finally got it done…. 20 days later. They don't stock parts, they order them from other outlets. Stay away. Scam all day.

Right part, timely delivery, ok service

Ordered the part Sunday evening, and received it Thursday Morning. It's the right part. Email did not update with shipping information, but was able to get that information from a customer service/sales representative. It was very difficult getting a live person, but eventually succeeded.

Update: Finally did get a full refund

14 days after cancelling my order (which I did as soon as I learned that the part was not actually in stock and there was no availability date), I received my full refund. So that was good ending. Another site, GRP, refunded the charge for an unavailable item within 24 hours. A third site, Walmart, had the part - or found the part - and shipped immediately. (There is a general problem in the industry: Some distributors/websites – but not all! - are listing parts "in stock" when they actually have no idea if it is available. They take your money and then sit on it until you make enough noise for a refund. They are probably waiting to see if any supplier gets the part in stock. In the meantime, have they invested millions of dollars from thousands of customers in MoneyMarket funds? Living off the float? And the honest distributors/websites who accurately list the part as "unavailable" or "out of stock" lose out.

Site says part is "in stock" but it isn't. CC is charged immediately, but when talking with rep, they don't know when it will be in stock again. Errors do happen, but a week later the site still says the part is "in stock." That is not acceptable. And no instant refund. Have to fill out a form and then wait for reply to see if they can refund. That is also not acceptable.

Happy with purchase

I initially gave 1 star but can't figure out how to fix my review. After reading all the bad reviews I was really hesitant but really needed the part. I placed the order. The next day I got an update the part was on backordered when it initially said it was in stock. So I tried to cancel as I also had an order with Maytag directly. However was informed the part had already shipped. Confusing but ultimately it worked out. While they need better communication and updates, they were still able to provide me the part very quick. Took about a week. Based on this experience I would buy from here again.

Snowblower belt

Belt that I ordered from the number in the book wasn't the belt I needed., but to return it I would have to pay for shipping to return it since it wasn't the correct one. Not pay ing $13 to send back a $25 belt charged with shipping to get here

First, they sent me 2 even though I asked for 1, fine, I got the first one and turns out they never applied SYW rewards or anything, I called back and they said it will be adjusted later. I don't buy this but hey at least I got my filters, then I received my next subscription on time, no problem there, but suddenly 3rd one is charged but not shipped, I figured no problem and just wait. But now they charged me for "backorder" product, and taking over 1 week to refund, still no refund. I called "systems are down".

This has to be the most exasperating website. I ordered a $10 part. With shipping and tax it turned into a $22 purchase. Moments after my purchase I found the same part on Amazon Prime for $4 next day shipping. Since my Sears Parts Direct was expected in 2 weeks, and I just ordered it minutes before, I figured I could call and cancel the order. But NO. I was stuck in a robot from hell time loop. There was a robot "chat" that had the option to "cancel your order". I selected that and the AI from hell told me that I would receive an email once it was canceled, That's when I thought I might want to talk to customer service to confirm, but there is no option for any of the available numbers to "speak to someone". All are press a number (no voice commands). Anyway, now I'm stuck with this overpriced spring for my refrigerator. I guess it was my own fault for not doing more research before purchasing. Never again.

Boiler needed 2 parts to repair Took 5 days with no heat before they where received the temperature was consistently below zero. No assistance available to expedite delivery. Customer Service rude,uncaring & lied repeatly. This outfit sucks.

I had to call after a month of not receiving the last of three parts. I was lied to two different times on when the part would be shipped. I am sitting here on the phone now waiting to see why the part hasn't shipped yet, it was ordered two months ago. It is for a Sears lawnmower, at this rate it will be winter before I receive the part. Has to be one of the worst companies, that they have to revert to Lying to their customers. This will be the last time I order anything from anything Sears related. Such a sad commentary...

If you order from Sears because you need parts to fix your mower or washer, you better plan on renting a mower & using laundry mat while waiting for your parts.
Ordering was easy, payment was easy and that's where it ends. In a few days I got a notice that my items had shipped, but due to a technical problem they couldn't provide info on shipping at all. Numerous calls, emails & texts all went to a robot who assured me via text that my order had shipped. Just LIE to the customer & tell em it's on the way!
With much persistence, I got a human on the phone and my order was not even processed.
CANCELED order with these shills!
Got everything from Amazon for $25 less.
It'll take about a week to realize you have been FOOLED by these idiots and then you will read the reviews………

Same crap as always just blaming Covid now

I used to be a Sears appliance tech and would order parts for customers all the time that stated "In Stock" only to be retagged as back order weeks after ordering. I went independent shortly before Covid hit, and have tried ordering from Searspartsdirect a couple times for my customers now. They are still pulling the same stuff. Part constantly shows "In Stock" when ordering a week or so goes by and it goes backorder while the site is still listing the part as in stock. Zero customer service as the people on their phone lines only have access to the same information you the customer does, and cannot actually help you with anything. Trying to get refunded is like trying to pull teeth by hand from a non-sedated alligator. I'd recommend using PayPal to pay if you do decide to risk ordering from Sears parts direct, as then you'll have an avenue to actually get your money back. The only thing that's changed is Searspartsdirect is now blaming Covid supply chain issues for parts delay. This has been going on long long before Covid, and it was happening even when other branches of the company were ordering parts from them. This isn't new, nor is it likely to change. My best advice is to avoid searspartsdirect at all costs, and again use PayPal if you do order from them so you can get your money back.

Ordered part for new Kenmore vacuum on 6 MAR 24. Now 2 APR 24 and no part. Multiple calls to the published phone numbers gets the same robot. They offer to refund $$ within 60 days of order, but 27 days have already passed and no parts.

Dishwasher Rack Missing Wheel
June 2, 2023

We ordered a replacement upper dishwasher rack that cost $237 which included shipping and tax. It arrived in perfect condition EXCEPT it was missing ONE of the 10 snap on wheels. Tried to get Sears PartsDirect to mail me ONE wheel. They would but said I would have to pay $42.49 for the part. Seriously?!?
The other solution was to ship the entire rack back and reorder the part. Gee, that's an environmentally friendly solution.
I do NOT recommend Sears PartsDirect.

Bought a Sears band saw about 8 years ago. One of the four blade guides' threaded aluminum barrels stripped out (probably poorly tapped) which rendered the saw useless. Sears Parts said the barrel was unavailable (obsolete). I have machining experience so I turned the barrel 90 degrees and drilled and tapped it with a 10-32 tap which worked fine. But the average consumer would be out of a saw.

Parts not shipped

I'd give a zero if that was a choice. I ordered filters for my sears water filter, they emailed me it was shipped but the tracking number was bogus. I called 20 different numbers with no person ever coming online. They kept sending me a text saying it was shipped. I have no way of getting my filters.
