Ing and Simon were patient and awesome in helping me with QQ coin reload, especially after a system error causing repeated failures in order delivery the day before. The payment method this site provides are shady as hell, i would stay far away from them. It use to accept credit card/paypal which can protect customer if and issue or file a dispute. Now they accept payment methods that leave no trace and non refundable.
I bought 2 steam card and successfully paid with paynow and now it say is unpaid there is delay in payment my bank clearly state successful transferred. They cant even provide customer with their UEN number to assure customer paying to legit account.

I bought two cards of their website. I was septical at first but i wanted to try it. The first two were very nice. Fast service and i got the things that i paid for. The third time it didn't went so smooth. I got multiply emails saying that i needed to verify my identity to process my order. I send my selfie and my details of payment but blurred some information like my documentnumber on my id, my information on my bankcard etc. Then i got a message back that i needed to send it again but without the blurred stuff. First order went fine somewhere around 24 hours delivered. 2nd order never arrived and they have it marked as completed. Showed screenshots as their proof, but the currency did not arrive.
