“Extremely bad customer service and site”

I bought a steam gift card with paynow which according to them was instant' made payment and even after the order expired i still didn't receive anything. So i contacted support and they are asking me to wait 3 days to confirm the payment
Great, totally instant' service here, not recommended to get
