Like many others. Ordered and paid for 2 leaf springs in
January 2023. Now we are in November, still no parts, no response by email or phone, so next step is to involve cc company for fraud claim.
Company is a BIG SCAM, stay away.
I ordered airbags back in June and have been continuously trying to contact them through email and phone. I received one return email saying they would reach out to me with more information. I have requested a refund and still have no response. They stole my money and will be reported to every place I can. I thought they were a reputable company.
Returned air bags as they were nothing close to how they were described. They received my return and will not reimbursed me for the product. They don't answer their e- mail or phone. Just plain crooks.
They claim to have the product, immediately charge your card, and then never deliver. They are impossible to contact and you will be on hold for 15 minutes until being told there is nobody to talk to and please send an email to some dead address. Never order from them.
This company will steal your money do not use them. I ordered springs and then had to cancel them because they stated they would not be able to ship them in time. It has been over 4 months still no refund. The parts never left their warehouse so it should be an easy return. They are crooks do not do business with them

I finally got a refund but it was not from SD truck spring. What I did was I submitted a dispute of the charge with my CC company (American Expres) they investigated the charge and refunded the money. They stated that they will take over getting the money from SD truck springs. This may be a route you can take also. Submit a dispute with your bank or CC company and you can get the refund that way. The banks and CC company have way more resources than us to get their money back!
I had not checked reviews, but found their value slightly better than others. Placed order on their website, and it didn't allow credit card selection, so order was placed on hold till check/money order as their default. Thank God! I tried calling them multiple times and emailing customer service to move this order forward with my credit card, but NO ONE responded. So I canceled order. I dodged one.
I ordered truck springs July 25th 2023, its now October 1st and I have nothing. I tried to call and no one ever answers, left a message, nothing. Requested a refund, no response. These guys are ripping me off for $450!
After about a week after ordering an airbag kit for my truck and the order still had not been processed. I was told it could take up to 6 weeks to process. I then canceled the order early July; it's now mid-September and I still do not have my refund. I've called dozens of times and left messages. No one has called back or spoke to me. I have emailed the customer service with no reply.
This use to be a good company but not anymore.
You all are some scammers. You stole $500 dollars from me and no one from your piece of $#*! company will call me back after all the messages I've left. I can't tell whether you all are complete scumbags or just $#*!ing stupid and incompetent. If this company had any shred of decency, they wouldn't steal from people and you would get back to me. I don't expect you to answer, but I will be spending my working hours when I have a break, hopefully destroying your reputation, leaving terrible reviews wherever I can, and spreading the news to whoever I can not to buy from SDTrucking

As a previous customer of SD Truck Springs since 2014 I never read the reviews. Placed an order for air bags and a compressor 6/19/23 and its now 9/15/23 and have nothing. Called and left messages four times and emailed three times and have got no respose from them. Now reading other reviews this is seems to be the normal. Something has changed at SD truck springs and not for the better.
Ordered helper bags for my OBS on July 17th 2023 for $376.13. They emailed me immediately saying they weren't available. Thanks for the quick response! No big deal, just refund my money please. I gave them over a month before being a pain in there a$$ but here i am now. I've emailed them 4 times and called twice with no response as of October 6th 2023. I wish i was the only one the screwed over but reading reviews, how has this company not been removed from the search page?
Don't worry Devin i don't need you to post the same canned apology and ask me to call from 8-6 during the week to speak with you personally. I know you're full of it and will be keeping all these honest peoples hard earned money. Shame on you. I hope you're sued so hard your future family is indebted to your current mistakes.
From 8/5 thru 9/7 I have been trying to purchase shocks and timbren ses. I have called over 26 times, left 3 voice mails and contacted them twice from e-mail. Not one response. Was trying to figure weight limits on the Timbren. Wanted to use SD becasue I could get all my items from one stop no price difference from other shops. But would have to go to two shops. Well they don't want my money and I don't want to shop here.
I strongly advise people " Do Not Shop SD Truck Springs". I placed an order on 5-16-23. Waited a week. Called to check in and found out that the product is obsolete. Customer service representative Derrik suggested a substitute for a comparable price so I went with that. After many weeks of trying to make contact. Derrik called to say a part of my order was on backorder and offered another substitution for no additional charge and assured me that my order will ship within 24 to 48 hours.It's been several weeks since then. Last week I sent an email requesting a refund... No reply. Made a phone call while sending a message on their chat service. It took almost an hour before someone responded. As of 8-01-23 My order status has changed to "cancelled - refund issued". The cost of my order is $337.and some change. As of now, nothing has been refunded. I'm still trying to resolve this issue.
I sent follow up emails in July. The 9th, 24th and the 27th to be exact. And then i sent the last one on Aug 10. I had asked for a delivery confirmation on the first couple as i really wanted the helper bags. But i only got the automatic reponses. I then started asking for my money back. I now have my credit card company disputing my claim as i already gave them the money but no merchandise delivered. My credit card company says it will be no issue to get my money back as i have an email history. So i just wanted to let everyone know to use your emails as a trail in black and white so they cannot get away with stealing peoples money.
Placed order in July for $590 it's November and have yet to redo product or refund which was requested in September. No reply by phone or email and nobody has ever answered a phone call.
SD Truck Springs sent me the wrong lift kit. I gave them the VIN # and they gave me a couple brands to choose from. I tore down the old suspension and started to install the new leaf springs and they're the wrong ones. So I contacted them and it's been over a week and still no response on how to handle and correct the problem while my truck sits on jack stands. SD Truck springs is unprofessional and obviously doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Please read the many reviews about SD Truck springs before you try them. Many people have had the same unsatisfactory customer service. Good luck!
Ordered airbag kit. Paid in advance for parts that never shipped as promised. Had to threaten that I would reverse the charge on my credit card before any action on their part. Only half of my order shipped five weeks after payment was made. Don't waist your time trying to call customer service, they never answer. Don't waist your time trying to chat live, they just lie! Please go else where when doing business, and save yourself grief.

I ordered replacements shocks on August 1. After there was no contact for over 2 weeks, I contacted SD about the status of my order. Return email stated someone would be in touch with me normally in 24 hours. 72 hours later I contacted them again and was told the parts were not available. I reported them to PayPal and told them about this issue. Do not use this company for anything! They will take your money and leave you with nothing to show for it. I left 1 star because no stars was not an option!

Customer service took my order by phone. I answered all of their questions, grabbed measuring tape to give all info that was needed to place the order. Monday I get e-mails that they need more info of vehicle because the rep did not enter it into the system. My concern was am I getting the incorrect order. So I suggested maybe the order should not be placed since the info was not entered properly and next guy says ok have a good day. Really... great business ethics huh.

Extremely bad, they never answer their phone, shipped me already returned, missing parts item. Was a huge hassle to get a replacement. Still waiting on a refund on another order that their online chat person said that I had to have which turned out to be wrong. Will never order from them again.
