Ordered a full leaf spring kit it's been 3 weeks and no reply. Went online to track it's been in pending status the whole time. Tried to call and no answer. Tried to email no reply. Tried the text they told me it does not ship for a month. They did take my money now they will not assist in anyway. I will not use this company again and I will not send anyone iknow to them.
Placed an order months ago and never received my order, or any communication from the company. Cannot get ahold of anyone via telephone and no email response regarding my order status. Eventually had my CC company refund my money and report to BBB. Very disappointed with the amount of time I wasted dealing with this place.
Been waiting for almost a month to receive a very simple order… tried reaching out over email and of corse no email return multiple times tried calling so many times I can't even count and once again no phone answer after sitting and waiting for 15 minutes then it goes to a voicemail. Just got off the phone with my bank and disputed the charge these guys are either fake or the worst company I've ever dealt with
I strongly advise people " Do Not Shop SD Truck Springs". I placed an order on 5-16-23. Waited a week. Called to check in and found out that the product is obsolete. Customer service representative Derrik suggested a substitute for a comparable price so I went with that. After many weeks of trying to make contact. Derrik called to say a part of my order was on backorder and offered another substitution for no additional charge and assured me that my order will ship within 24 to 48 hours.It's been several weeks since then. Last week I sent an email requesting a refund... No reply. Made a phone call while sending a message on their chat service. It took almost an hour before someone responded. As of 8-01-23 My order status has changed to "cancelled - refund issued". The cost of my order is $337.and some change. As of now, nothing has been refunded. I'm still trying to resolve this issue.
I placed a order with SD truck springs in Ronkonoma NY on 6/16/2023, order # *******.The merchandise totaled $ 55.25 and was placed on a credit card and transaction went through the same date.It is now 7/24/2023 and have received no merchandise.I have tried numerous times to reach out to this company in the last 2 weeks by means of two phone numbers listed on there website with no results. After reading reviews on this company, this sounds very very similar to other complaints. They take your money, you receive no merchandise, and it's impossible to get in touch with anyone.I would like to be reimbursed at this time, and have sense purchased the part elsewhere. SD truck springs has some serious issues that need to be addressed as far as there business standpoint.
You pay for it, you get your hopes up. You wait forever, you may get a apology on meaningful.

Was stated that I would get in 5 days never received, called office was told by phone representative name Kai that if I wanted my order that I would have to pay $36 and if I don't pay then I will just have to keep waiting for who nows how long, this company is scaming people out of money asked to speak to management never got a hold of anyone, when this company is a scam. Don't spend money here,

Calling this place is a joke plan on spending at least 15 minutes on wait. Finally got through they told me they had springs kit on hand I wanted. Placed order on may 11th. A week later had not heard anything, no email no call nothing. I needed them within next four days now at this point so had to add 3 days shipping on to my bill at my cost. I would expect if you place an order they could at least get it to you within 15 days if it was on hand. What a joke will never do buisiness with them again

Ordered airbag kit. Paid in advance for parts that never shipped as promised. Had to threaten that I would reverse the charge on my credit card before any action on their part. Only half of my order shipped five weeks after payment was made. Don't waist your time trying to call customer service, they never answer. Don't waist your time trying to chat live, they just lie! Please go else where when doing business, and save yourself grief.

Sold me some product on black Friday & here it is mid January & they're still saying it's on backorder. The problem is they've offered to sell me the exact same product 3 times since black friday if I wanted to pay more. So, product they took my money for in November still isn't available unless... I agree to pay more then all of a sudden they can send it right out to me. Tell me with a straight face any rational person wouldn't believe they were dealing with a scam vendor at this point.

I ordered replacements shocks on August 1. After there was no contact for over 2 weeks, I contacted SD about the status of my order. Return email stated someone would be in touch with me normally in 24 hours. 72 hours later I contacted them again and was told the parts were not available. I reported them to PayPal and told them about this issue. Do not use this company for anything! They will take your money and leave you with nothing to show for it. I left 1 star because no stars was not an option!

My new bags had an immediate air leak the first day. The 90 degree air line connections on top of the bag, leaked or failed. After over 30 days waiting for replacement valve, I ordered two straight valve, had to contact SD, they had to resend the air valves. Replaced the 90 degree valve with a straight valve. It is ok until the other bag valve failed. Another week went buy until I could get it changed to a straight valve.
Bottom line DO USE the 90 degree valves on top of the bags. Can't believe I received the only two bad valve made. Straight valves only.

SD Truck Springs sent me the wrong lift kit. I gave them the VIN # and they gave me a couple brands to choose from. I tore down the old suspension and started to install the new leaf springs and they're the wrong ones. So I contacted them and it's been over a week and still no response on how to handle and correct the problem while my truck sits on jack stands. SD Truck springs is unprofessional and obviously doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Please read the many reviews about SD Truck springs before you try them. Many people have had the same unsatisfactory customer service. Good luck!

Customer service took my order by phone. I answered all of their questions, grabbed measuring tape to give all info that was needed to place the order. Monday I get e-mails that they need more info of vehicle because the rep did not enter it into the system. My concern was am I getting the incorrect order. So I suggested maybe the order should not be placed since the info was not entered properly and next guy says ok have a good day. Really... great business ethics huh.

Ordered 1 add a leaf kit. Say will be processed 24 to 48hr. S after order is made. 4 days later i sent email then call. Guy says i dont know why it wasnt sent yet we got 8 of them few days later i call again. Guy says we have none in stock for $17 more you can get tuff country. I said ok. They sent me 2 kits. Like i said in the title to this "idiots". I only ordered 1 kit
