Fantastic service, kept me up to date on order processing and I received the screens overnight like the shipping method said I should. I have ordered over 10 screens from them in 4 orders and not a single issue in quality or shipping. I have used many other screen suppliers and not had nearly as good of an experience.

My screen arrived with a manufacture defect on the flex cable (cracked). After two Email's and a phone call, Screen country shipped a replacement screen and paid for the shipping. No arguing required!

Bought a screen for an acer after shutting comp witt a pencil in it. No problems with order, website is a little confusing to a beginner. Other than that I saved about $200.00 by buying and repairing myself. The price was certainly right. Will be buying from them again. Will also recommend to friends.

I was having the worst week of my life, then I go and get tangled up in the power chord for my laptop and down she went... Broken screen!
Took it to Electronic store where I purchased it because I had the warranty still. The technician said if he orders me the screen directly from GATEWAY, it would cost me over $300... instead, he wrote down screencountry.com on my receipt and told me to order my screen from there and bring it in and he'd fix for free.

I spend $60 (plus $30 delivery). Got the new screen in 2 days, and my laptop was saved. I SAVED OVER $200!

Ordered a screen for my daughter laptop. Receive tha new screen in record time, I followed the instructions that are in their installation video and in less than 20 min the laptop was working with the new screen.
Screen is exactly than the original and so far is working perfectly.

They are definitely trustworthy. My order was processed and delivered quickly. The first time around I received a broken screen, despite the careful packaging. So I immediately contacted screencountry, took some photos and they sent a new screen pretty fast. My laptop is now up and running! It was pretty cheap too, in comparison with other options. Four stars only because the screen was broken the first time around (although that was probably FedEx's fault).

I had a cracked screen on my netbook and was able to find all the info I needed and get the right screen. It came in very quickly and had my netbook up and running and poratable again in no time at all!

Extremely poor customer service with no ownership if you experience problems:
I broke my son's Laptop screen and needed to replace it. The replacement cost at a local shop was ~$200, so replacing with screen country at $75 (inc. S&H) seemed like a good option. However; the generic brand screen that they sent, which they said was compatible, did not work with our Acer pc. After a few calls and emails, they agreeded to accept the return and send a replacement. At this point, I would be out about $45 in shipping costs with no guarantee that the replacement screen would work. I made the decision to order the exact same LG screen that was originally in the laptop from a US company. This solved the problem and the screen works fine. I made several calls and sent several emails to recover the shipping cost, but screen country would not take ANY responsibility and refused stand behind their product. I even asked for a manager/supervisor to contact me with regard to these costs and have had no response.

Seriously, EXCELENT! I am a PC store Owner/Operator in Northern B. C.
And I only deal with the best! The shipping was lightning fast even though I am in northern, B. C. I will always deal with screencountry as I have a customer base to make happy as well and screen country meets my needs.

All screens ordered always make to me in 100% perfect condition.

Last week my son came into my office crying with this Gateway laptop in hand. Good God, another laptop trashed. "It was an accident" he told me. It's always an accident. :-\ Not the first time he's done this.

Only this time I Googled "repairing a laptop screen". I came up with few hits. After looking around and viewing a few youtube videos I clicked on www.screencountry.com. I read a few of their site reviews, looked to see if they had my particular replacement screen, and... well... decided to live on the edge and buy one. It was late, I was tired, and in the morning I had the typical buyer's remorse feeling come over me. Sooooo, I Googled "www.screencountry.com review" and came up with this site. My heart sunk. But, it was a done deal. They'd already shipped it to me. I decided to ride it out and see what I got.

Two days later the replacement arrived by Fedex. Thank God they ship Fedex since Canada's postal system in on strike. I opened it up at the post office since the box was a little crushed, but the screen looked in good condition and exactly like it looked on their video.

So, home I went with that little baby. I followed the video instructions, and 20 minutes later I was up and running. It works perfectly.

So why this review? Well, because the bad ones left me doubting my purchase, and doubting the company's reputation. I'm glad I hung in there and I'm 100% satisfied with my purchase.

If he ever cracks another screen I'll know where to go. Right back to www.screencountry.com. I'll recommend them to my friends too.

Bought the screen they said would go with my damaged laptop. The video of the install loked a bit too complicated for me, so paid a techie $30 to install. Works great. Thanks for saving a perfectly good laptop.
