The young man that helped me was very helpful. Kind and patient. Literally helped me with all my questions and I had alot. Went over and beyond to see that I had all the information that I needed.
Agent was very very nice but due to my specific problem she was helpful in referring me to someone else who wasn't as nice as she was and even less helpful.
Along with being quick, I the score, they're in high 5's and a 6 I plan enjoy this, being in these scores I have a fair I was in the lower 300's I am now have a score of 600 like I said I was in bad shape I couldn't pay the people I borrowed from I believe I had a really low score with them I think I might stay with them
I wanted to know if my accounts had been hacked by outlaws.

I am disappointed with ScoreSense. I tried them for 7 days because I was applying for an auto loan online & it requested that I sign up with ScoreSense; so I did. Then when I was checking my bank account; I seen that they were taking the $29.95 fee out; I called immediately to cancel. Due to when my bank posts things; I was cancelling on day 8. As the 1st rep was explaining to me that he would cancel for me; I was trying to ask about a refund, when the line went dead silent. I called back & explained to the 2nd rep whom I was talking to and that the 1st rep cancelled my account, but I needed to know about a refund. The 2nd rep informed me the account was cancelled; yes sir I was already aware of this. I want to know if there will be a refund or at least a refund request. Finally the 2nd rep stated he would put in the request & I would hear something within 1-2 business days. Not even 24hrs later; I received email from ScoreSense that they will not be refunding the $29.95. Well, I have nothing to show for the $29.95 except a bad taste for ScoreSense. I will not be referring anyone I know to this company. Thank You ScoreSense for the lack of understanding, compassion or good customer service.
I was thoroughly disgusted with your system which kept telling me to put in a "valid" email address. I have had my email address for over ten years and no one else has a problem with it. My email address is a cherished nickname given to me by my now deceased Godfather. It is *******@verizon.net. Mackadoo was and is what I am fondly called by family and close friends. I was shocked and appalled that your system kept asking me for a valid email address, as if I didn't know my own email or was deliberately putting in a fake one! I ended up having to use my employment email address instead of my personal one, the latter of which is the one I use for all of my regular emails. I do not want to use my employment email address for my personal use and will have to discontinue my use of ScoreSense if I'm not allowed to use my personal email address. Upon calling your customer service, I was simply told that the system did not recognize my email address and there was nothing that could be done about it. What a sorry system! I get hundreds of emails per day from a variety of sources, and like I said previously, nobody else has a problem with my email address. I am totally through with ScoreSense if they are not able or willing to allow me to use my personal email address.
It was fine but the price is to high and it shouldn't cost that much if your company really want to help people exspecially people that are own fixed incomes and low income
Good experience but had to give my card number to sign up and then had to cancel membership before they charged me the membership cost.
Had no idea that was in there,,
Now I'm on the right path to correct any tarnishes on my report, thank you, I just wish I would have joined a lot sooner.
It was quick and easy to get my scores, (which I can get on my own free) I was curious what your service was and for only 1 dollar I'm willing to gamble.
I need to have the service canceled please. Because I received what I needed. So please don't Bill my debit card. Because I am still in my 7 Day trial.

The credit report was quick to obtain, was easy to read, and was up to date. I was satisfied with the result.
Just wondering what the difference is between Scoresense and Credit Karma? Other than your website costs $$$
I'm glad I could find information on who I owe from all three credit bureaus and the credit assister that I talked with was really helpful and explained things well.
I signed up and the report was good but when I cancelled the membership they wouldn't refund my money when I cancelled the order a week snd a half later.
New to scoresense. Still seeing how things work. Unable to provide my experience at the moment.
I would not recommend. They say they give a seven day free trial, I canceled on the 7th day and they still charged me 29.95 the next day and would not refund me.
It was a simple process and very complete. There were some items that were not accurate but I intend to get them corrected.
