Great seats. It was a hot day, and we had to spend some time inside club seating area. Food was overpriced and service slow, but we expected it to be tbat way.

Was just concerned a bit that the Tix came in the mail Fedex just at the last minute on Thursday. I was lucky being at home at the right time to sign for the package. You need to send them earlier
YOU WOULD HAVE GOTTEN THE FULL 5 IF YOU DIDN'T HAVE THE E-TICKET FEE, THE NEW SYSTEM OF E-TICKET DELIVERY IS OKAY, KIND OF ODD YOUR A 3RD PARTY USING A 4TH PARTY FOR DELIVERY. HOWEVER WE DID ENJOY WHERE WE WERE SEATED.
First, I e-mailed a question about 4 weeks ago to "ScoreBig" and never got a response. Nice business model. Second, I looked on my receipt and it reads that the tickets I purchased were purchased by me for $35. Then on the Invoice for the tickets, it says I was actually charged $40 per ticket. So let's add this up, 3 TIX@ $35=$105. Then there's a bogus "Delivery Charge" of $8. They didn't delivery anything! I printed it off my own computer! Then I get gouged for a charge of $10 per ticket, for who knows what? So even after all of the BS charges, my total bill should have come to $145, MAX! What does ScoreBig bill me for? $160! So in the end ScoreBig tacked on ANOTHER $15 without even specifying or justifying another phantom $15 charge! 3 $35 tickets for $160.
What changed with the company? I used to love doing business with ScoreBig. And what happened to being able to bid for tickets? Now I don't have a choice? The price is $35 or I don't get the tickets? What happened to the bidding process?
I have used ScoreBig from the beginning and have always recommended it to my friends and associates, but no longer. They're no better than the con-artists at "TicketMaster" now. Nickel and diming people with bogus charges! They need to change the name of the company to "TicketMaster Jr." or "ConBig.Com".

So I noticed that ScoreBig is now owned by some other company, Triple Double LLC, was it? Scorebig was good when they had no additional fees. I dont know if I will be using Scorebig again.
Laugh so goddamn much for Bill Bellamy and the host, the seating was a little tight but enjoyed it The drinks were terrible pricewise and taste like straight soda
We got great seats to supercross for way less than Ticketmaster was charging. Plus, score big had like half the fees. I would totally buy on their website again.
From placing my order, to customer service, to the safetly of my tickets, the carrier used, our seats, our time at SAP center was just outstanding. Thank you. I just wised Amazon was run this way.
Had fun watching the Cleveland Gladiators defeat the Washington Valor at Quicken Loans Arena on Friday, April 28,2017. Can't wait to see them play again!
I ordered tickets for Big Daddy Weave and Brandon Heath Concert. Tickets delivered quickly and ease in purchasing.
I bought 3 tickets to the Pacers Sat 1/6/18, I did not notice there was no barcode when I downloaded the tickets and printed them, my kids w/7 yr old grandson went, they were trying to get in for an hour, my daughter called twice to have the email sent again and both times it still didn't have a barcode, I drove to work to access my email and called in, I was put through to ticket tracker who said all sales are final, she also said she couldn't see that we did not have a barcode on our paperwork BUT she did know that my daughter had called twice. She said I had an email from MTT, I never did until 6:51pm that night, it was now 7:30pm when I was talking to her, my kids had left headed back to Muncie after an hour. I asked for a refund but was denied, I am upset that I spent $151 and it was a Christmas present, you can see the tickets were never scanned.
Purchase was easy. Tickets online. Seats were great. We use SCOREBIG all the time, and will continue to do so in the future.
The seats were great, could see everything. I would buy tickets again from you except they were really expensive. StubHub had better prices.

Took a little longer than expected, but I received the tickets just fine. Admin fee is high. Mostly everything went fine.
Pricing looked good until you get to the fee section. Be More open about the extra fees so can decide
