I contacted Scentmatchers to complain. They promised to try again and do better. I never received anything. I contacted them again to complain. They came up with some excuse and said the package is on its way. That was months ago. I've never received anything from Scentmatchers. Beware of Scentmatchers. They have my money and I have a very poor-smelling match.

I ordered Princess Borghese's "Fiamma", a favorite scent of mine from the 70's. Unfortunately the cologne was nothing like "Fiamma" and I was very disappointed. As I am sure that this can happen, I let them know that there was another scent from my youth that I would love to have. They didn't only say they would try to recreate it, but they were very accommodating. That tells me that they value customer service!

It was very easy to purchase my discontinued scent from ScentMatchers and check-out afterward, however, I am reserving judgment until I receive the scent to make sure it is the same as the original.

I have yet to receive product. I did however, receive the bill and paid it today. I still would like to get my cologne. If I have not heard from you I will contact American Express and ask them to credit my account. Please let me know status.

Everything was pretty straightforward except the personalized message portion. The site states to check the box and another will appear to type a message. When i checked the box, nothing appeared. I then proceeded to the checkout page and there was a special instruction box. I put "please put the message (timeless memories)..." I'm hoping that goes through to my order.

I placed my order over a week ago and had no choice but to select the $10 2-day shipping. That would be okay if they got the order out in a timely fashion but I am still waiting for the email telling me that it is on its way.

I did receive a confirmation for order of 1-17-19, with promise of email when shipped, but never received the 2nd email. Expected delivery estimate should be included in your email or in the confirmation of purchase.

Very simple to navigate now i cant wait till i receive this. I sure hope it smells the same. I have been looking for this brand of perfume

Love the scent - you nailed it! I've been looking for a new perfume since Bill Blass discontinued their "original" scent numerous years ago. Now I can quit looking! Thank you!

They say they can reproduce discontinued fragrances. On two attempts they didn't even get close. The fragrance was completely wrong and smelt mostly of alcohol.

Easy to order - cannot wait till the order arrives! Been waiting since the early 1980s for this opportunity. So glad we have the chance to rely on ScentMatchers to fulfill these dreams.

I was charged and that was it.
No order.
No tracking number.
No legitimate number to call.

All I got was a lesson learned.

Get lots of compliments and will continue to order in the future. A reputable company and an easy site to maneuver

The ordering process was very easy! It was easy to go through the list of discontinued scents (which was SUPER hefty, not in a bad way of course) and pick the bottle you wanted. The variety of scents is amazing and has really made a lot of people happy, including me! I haven't received my order yet since I just placed it but I am hopeful it will smell exactly like what we had a long time ago!

Although I asked them quite clearly if they knew what perfume I was referring to in my request (sent them info etc.) the first scent was SO way off that I doubt they paid any attention or it was a standard scent they send out. They are trying again, my having sent them more info, so we shall see...

The process was rather simple, however, being offered the small travel bottle during checkout, which I did add to my order, then after order was placed being offered a second bottle at half price was annoying. Would much rather just be given a list of options that I can select from all at one time and be done with it. The extra pop up offers feels a bit like a scam.

When do we receive the product. Have not received an e-mail notice that it has shipped. The ease of ordering on your site is remarkable compared to most others poorly established sites with too much waste of time.

I love this scent but since the manufacturer has discontinued it, I have had problems finding remaining bottles. I went on e-Bay and found containers for $200 plus to $300 plus but not the perfume or colon. You had it as a ScentMatch. This is my first order. I have skin sensitivity and many scents cause rashes. We will see if this scent match will smell as good with out the skin irritation that often hounds me!
