I was quite pleased with the reproduction of the Prince Matchabelli's Summer Shower fragrance which I fell in love with during the 1960s. The fragrance brings back so many memories. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company's services and appreciate its commitment to reproducing the "lost" fragrances of years gone by.

My mom, sisters & I used to wear a perfume that was mainly sold in Marshall Fields. Years had gone by, & we searched & searched to try & find who might carry it. I found this website (Scentmatchers) & they did a phenomenal job of matching the scent. It had been 20 years since we had it, & it smelled EXACTLY like we remembered. My mom was thrilled to have it. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a hard to find scent.
The name of the perfume is Charles of the Ritz and you can no longer buy it in our country, and the ScentMakers do a wonderful job of making it for me. It has a beautiful smell and it is the only one that I wear. My husband loves the sweet scent that it has and tells me never to run out of it. The ScentMatchers do a beautiful job in making it and make the price of it sp reasonable that I make sure that I never run out of it. I can't thank them enough for making it for: me. I had the discontinued signature Donna Karan New York (black swan) recreated. Although, it wasn't an exact match, the Scentmatcher's scent captures the essence of the Donna Karan fragrance. The scent is deep masculinity with powerful feminine seduction! The reasons I fell in love the the original fragrance in the first place! Bravo! I will order again!

Scentmatchers matched my wife's favorite perfume, which has been discontinued, with 99.9% accuracy. I emailed them with a question and they responded immediately. At their request, I am sending a left over bottle and they are going to make it 100%. They are the best.
I placed my order almost 3 weeks ago now and still haven't received it. I have tried tracking the delivery with the tracking number they provided and USPS has no record of it. I have reached out to Scentmatchers by email multiple times, Facebook messenger, and have left 2 voicemails with no response. The customer service is awful! Unfortunately I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau. Please check them out through the BBB before ordering, I should have! I never would have ordered! Multiple complaints have been filed against them within the last month. They sure take your money and don't provide you with the product or customer service they promise and apparently pride themselves on! VERY DISAPPOINTED!
My husband ordered a discontinued fragrance from them for me for Christmas and it was no where even close to the fragrance. The first time my husband sent them the actual notes from the website where the original scent was made explaining what ingredients were used to make the fragrance and the second time we tried again by sending a sample and it was even worse the second time. The smell reminds me of something very outdated or maybe a bad bathroom spray. Both times we have reordered they sent it in the wrong bottle (you can choose your bottle type). They will not reply. They have deleted my comments and have me blocked from being able to like or comment on their fb page and they refuse to give a refund.
I just want to help others from getting scammed by this company.
UPDATE: So my husband contacted the BBB about this situation and Scentmatchers replied talking about they've been in business for ten years blah blah blah and basically making us out to be just whiny customers instead of apologizing or admitting that they send out horrible fragrances not even resembling the scent you're interested in (even with the ingredients list from the maker and a sample)... and they agreed to give us a full refund.
I HIGHLY recommend that if you've been scammed by this company that you let the BBB know about it asap.

Initially, I was hopeful that Scentmatchers could duplicate Aigner's Free Life for me. Was so excited when it arrived... but just ONE spritz was enough... it seemed to have missed the mark... it didn't bring to mind the scent I recalled.
Disappointed, I let the company know this was not the result I had hoped for.
Well, Scentmatchers stepped up, sending me a different yet lovely fragrance... AND followed up with another attempt at Free Life which was a VERY close facsimile to the scent I recalled from the 70s or 80s. Ultimately I was pleased with Scentmatchers product and approach to customer service. Thank you.
I got my perfume and it smells very close to grass by Gap! It takes a little bit for your perfume to arrive but it's definitely worth the wait! I had a perfume that i bought on a trip to Mississippi, loved it tried to ordered it online it was from Paris they discontinued that scent but had many others to offer but I wanted the one I had so I went through ScentMatchers and I now have my perfume
