I heard about Scannero and thought I'd give it a whirl, just for fun, you know? My intention was to check out where my friends were hanging out. But then, to my surprise, I discovered my girlfriend's location at a nightclub she hadn't mentioned. It seems like Scannero might have done its job a bit too well.

I have signed up and unsubscribed during trial period. In terms and conditions they did mentioned they will refund during trial period but they don't. The apps itself also include not much function and not user friendly. Please do not fall into the trap. I have contacted the customer service but they don't even assist but keep intro you another product. Really bull$#*!.

Whether I'm just a few towns away or if I'm on the other side of the world, Scannero makes keeping track of my family members and friends easy. The real-time updates are rapid and give a good sense of security.

Continuing my previous review, they kept offering a 10% refund which was refused. I demanded at least 80%. They then started offering to refund 20%, 30%, and 50% for which I wasn't satisfied. And finally reluctantly settled for a 70% refund to which Scannero agreed. They said that the payment was released on 10th March and it would take 5 to 10 working days to arrive. I waited for 14 working days and as there was nothing I inquired again. I also asked for proof of payment which they didn't seem to have. 20 days have passed and I still haven't got my refund. I even said that an international bank transfer would have some proof and they have been silent since. They are utter and total scammers. Keep away from them.

Using a map other than my phone's default was unusual. But I quickly got the hang of Scannero's system. You just enter the number, and boom! You get a real-time map of the user's location, coordinates, and address.

Very fun to use with friends. We each bought a subscription for one month. We used the application on the trip to find each other. I have now unsubscribed from the app. But I will definitely buy it for the next trip.

This is a scam! I'm absolutely disgusted! My ex is abusive so I had to move houses. I decided to use scannero and put my number in to see if there is a possible way he can find my location
I paid $1- and then it said to continue seeing the actual location to pay $75. Which I didn't go ahead with
I received an email saying each month $75 will be taken out my account if I don't unsubscribe. So I tried to login with the details they gave me. Would not let me login! I contacted the number they gave me. And a random man answered and said "you have been scammed I'm sorry"! I can't believe this! Do I go to the police about this?! What can I do?

Is a scam, a site with only propuse to take your money without offering you any service, you will not receive anything... It suppose to send a sms to number that you want to truck, will never arrive. And they will refuse to give you back your money...

Pure scam! Just now I wanted to locate a phone. I Googled and found this spam site, everything looked promising.

First, they asked me to enter a phone number, which, I did. It showed the country and service provider of the SIM correctly. However, the city was blurred and asked me to create an account and pay for trial use for 1 day, which I did.

After login, I didn't have the option to find the phone location and it was asking me to write a message that they would deliver.

They are scammers as I found there are similar websites and they all use the same script with different brand name and designs.

Note: They may say the target user must provide the location, or their tool won't work. This is where the scam starts. Yes, as soon as you land on their site, they ask you to enter the phone number, and once you enter, their tool will deceive you as if it found the phone number at a certain location while hiding the exact city. It is to make you feel that you are just a step away from getting the info you want. Once you register and pay the money, that nice-looking map-like tracker is nowhere to be seen and now it is a different tool.

Was not aware at all what was scannero doing my friend's phone got lost in big house so we were nervous not finding it thought scanner would tell us where it was exactly and initial charge was highlighted some cents, but 50$ they're charging is almost invisible, turned out scannero was useless for us plus i got deducted 50$ next day, i explained situation and they didn't give me refund. Very disappointed especially since i needed that 50$ very much don't care if it's small amount for someone else. Here's how "CLEARLY THEY'RE SHOWING MAIN PRICE"

We were hiking with friends. And sometimes some parts of the route went separately. Where other maps do not work, the scanner is a great alternative to find each other.

I signed up. I wasn't even signed up for 2 hours and I canceled it, I paid the $199. I unchecked the boxes that were automatically checked for auto renewal. 2 hours and they took $48 off my credit card and now I'm fighting to try and get it back you're supposed to have a one-day trial that's 24 hours not even 2 hours in and they were taking money off my card horrible! Unauthorized! Horrible company! It a money grab, they did nothing for me, there thief's they're just a bunch of thieves and of course they're hiding behind emails. There cowards and thiefs. Do not sign up! I uploaded a photo of my statement and you can see within a minute they were taking money off my credit card they didn't even give me 24 hours of a free trial within a minute! This site is b******* I'd like to get a hold of the little weasel that didn't give me my trial. And build me immediately for a service that's fake. $#*!ty people work there!

I lost my phone. Nobody has found it yet. Scannero sends a SMS to the phone and I have to wait until someone finds the phone and opens it. This is not explained from the beginning. As for ALL THE WEBSITES promising to find your phone, they show the credit card filling form BEFORE they explain what they are going to do. With you have lost your phone, there is no miracle: it is better to count on the good faith of the person who finds it than on these websites.

Do not use their services!
First they bill you one day trial for 0,89EUR and next day they took you 49USD per month without any mail notice, bill or anything.
Scummers alert!

My then-boyfriend was trying to hide his real location from me. Scannero found him. Now I don't have to worry about being deceived by someone ever again.

I'm not gonna lie, it seems like Scannero might take a sec to get results depending on how strong the signal is, but it's accurate! I'm really happy with it, honestly. Keep up the awesome job!
