Scalable Press

I've been using Scalable press since 2019 for my T-shirt designs. I am very pleased with the quality of their products and their attention when it comes to customer service. It's a little tedious to set up your products for your online store but they provide many helpful tutorial videos to get you into business. If there is a problem with a product or a printing error, they will quickly respond to your concern and take care of it. (edited)

So far, we had an incredible journey with ScalablePress.

Recently, we got complaints from customers on two orders we did with ScalabalePress. We are still waiting for a response on our first claim, which was closed for no reason after a long hassle.

We contacted your phone number, and it needs to be fixed. We tried sending multiple emails to claims, escalation, support, and other team members, but we are still awaiting a response.

2nd claim was initiated today on another order. We will be placed here to see if any responsible person can provide us with a direct contact number. For ScalablePress, we need to resolve both order issues as soon as possible. Otherwise, the only options left were for a chargeback from the customer.

I would appreciate it if you could help us in this situation.

SP is a really simple service to use. Fast navigation and lots of very useful options. Very easy to add your designs to the products you are selling. Also, my customers receive their orders quickly and in perfect quality.
