Very thorough clean and well trained team, 4 people so very fast and seem to have a good system as I've never seen them miss anything which usually the problem I have with cleaning companies after the 1st few cleans. When I saw them use a toothbrush to clean tight bits in the bathroom I was sold! Would highly recommend if you are fussy about your cleaning, they are really professional and obviously care about what they do. Love it when it's my cleaning day!
Bad Bad Bad. Ordered Gas card Nov 15th 2012 and it is suppose to expire Jan 30 2013 and still as of Jan 15th 2013 have yet to get it. Only way to contact company after placing an order is through email. Emailed so many times that my fingers hurt. Deciding to put a stop on my credit card! Would NEVER buy from this company again.
My 3 star review will take some explaining.
2 stars for the fact that I *have* received the gift cards I purchased and they *do* work! So if you're willing to go through a lot of hoopla for the discount, you certainly can save big.
1 star that would be a negative 10 stars if possible is for the fact that you have to call in to redeem you cards. Not only do you have to call in but you have to listen to the rep on the phone try to talk you into lame promotions to help them sell magazine subscriptions. And on top of all that! You can't ever sign up for the good promotions unless you're a NEW subscriber. I've gotten around this by signing up with multiple emails, but even then you have to be careful.
So yeah. If you don't mind the annoyance and workaround, they do offer some good gift cards.
Worst customer service, they simply ignore your mail. They overcharged my credit card and not ready to refund back. I've to file a dispute with my credit card company now. Will never do business again with them.
STAY AWAY! To redeem a voucher you have to call the "redmption center" to supposedly give your address. I was wondering why this couldn't be done online but now I know why. The call took 15 minutes of which half was waiting on hold and half was spent explaining to the agent that I didn't want to buy the "Elite" membership. I highly doubt I will get the product at all but in any event this company is a scam.
TERRIBLE Experience!
I ordered a deal and had to wait forever on the phone to "Redeem" my deal. The call was of course in India to a woman who COULD not figure out my name letalone my address. It took 10 minutes for her to understand everything. Then I had to argue with her for another 10 minutes saying I did not want to pay $4.95 for the stupid elite membership. She kept demanding to know why I didn't want it and asking, "dont i got out to eat" or "go to the movies"? They also CONSTANTLY send you emails over and over.

STAY AWAY FROM SAVEOLOGY deals and vouchers! I had 100% problems with all of the ones i bought, and, 100% NO results with customer service!
After researching other reviews online, i saw that they are a FRAUD and SCAM!
I finally got results when i reported to the better business bureau-BBB-where they had hundreds of similar complaints! Enough to verify mine and they got me refunds!
Saveology does not answer a real phone, does not answer emails, does not back up their vouchers (companies associated with them do NOT answer either!)...
There are hundreds of bad reviews on multiple sites for this "company". Do NOT buy "deals" and "vouchers" from them-you will lose your money and go through MONTHS of hassle, like i did!
