I bought a deal and ordered some nail polish from a company featured in Savemore called Fabulous Nails. That was 19th Oct, and to this date I have not received it. And none of them Neither the Save more staff picks up call nor the nail polish company.
I would understand if its a traffic issue on phone, but I mailed them 10 days ago, and still they havnt responded. I would say, they are big scammer stay away.

*WARNING: DO NOT ORDER PRODUCTS/VOUCHERS/GIFT CARDS FROM SAVEMORE!*

Since the SaveMore staff bans you (prevents your comments from appearing) if you try to say anything negative about their company on their deal website, I thought that I would give you the truth about this company here.

Most SaveMore deals take an average of 2-3 months to actually receive (if ever). They need to work with these 3rd party business to better anticipate the demand (have more stock on hand) & they need to make sure to get delivery tracking information on EVERY ORDER! That will help resolve about 99% of the customer questions that SaveMore has to answer on a daily basis.

I had purchased some things in the beginning of October that I still have yet to receive. Take it for what it's worth. The items are discounted, but don't expect to receive things from SaveMore right away. If the SaveMore customer support can help track items rather than simply tell you to wait xx number of days, that would improve their operations by dramatically.

This is is a scam, rip off what ever you want to call it. I ordered mulitple items from them and it took MONTHS AND MONTHS for some of the items to come in, Some I still have not received! When you call CS you get the run around. A friend ordered the CVS and JcPenny vouchers and she called CVS and JCP and NEITHER Of the stores knew ANYTHING about savemore.com selling vouchers! STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!

My first experience with Savemore for a Chili's card. All went well. But I cannot access their site to print the CVS certificate I bought. So far, no response from an e-mail sent to customer service. When I found their phone # here, I thought great.
But when I called from my phone which has free domestic long distance, I was shocked to find the call would not go thru. I called my phone provider who verified that Savemore's # is based out of the CAYMAN ISLANDS! Guess I'll be reversing the charges for my last purchase... and NEVER using them again!

Horrible! I bought something on this site on August 29th and have yet to receive it. Savemore and the company keep saying they mailed me the items over and over again yet I haven't received a thing! They refuse to mail it with confirmation delivery! Horrible to say the least! Stick with better sites like Groupon.com and livingsocial.com

If you aren't in a hurry to get what you order, then by all means, order from savemore.com. After nearly 8 weeks of waiting for my product, I cancelled my order and am still waiting for my refund. If I do not get it by the end of this week, I'm filing a BBB complaint. My emails were ignored. I could never get through on the phone. My comments on their website conveniently never showed up. I will not ever order from them again!

Definitely a risky expenditure. I received one voucher (didn't work for my neighbor), but no luck on subsequent purchases. Good news is that my bank is willing to credit me back the charges since I used a VISA card. No one at SaveMore will answer the phones, nor call back if you are forced to leave a message. They won't respond to emails. I recommend you AVOID any "deals" from them... you are likely throwing away good money!

Never received my voucher, waiting (and hoping) for a refund, and customer service was beyond awful. After being on hold multiple times for a long period of time, i got a rude representative, vague answers (ie no solutions), and finally, HUNG UP ON.

I have made two purchases through this site. The first one was using free credit. I had issues using the free credit and had to call them and they fixed it. Second time I used $5 to purchase a gift card. When I go to claim my gift card it said it is invalid. I am going on two days now of trying to reach them (email AND phone) and it is getting me NOWHERE. I am never again purchasing any deal through them. Im sticking to Living Social and Groupon!

I bought a CVS Deal through them. The link to submit my voucher NEVER worked, then after I contacted them with the problem they deleted my purchase... NOT REFUNDED, but DELETED! I contacted them about that, and they said they had no record. Thankfully I paid with a credit card, so I am fighting it. IT IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE! AVOID THE SCAM!

As alot of the other reviews posted here, I had a $10 credit which I used to order a bottle of nail polish from "Fabulous" Nails. I placed the order on September 7 and to date haven't received it. I've sent numerous emails to Fabulous Nails and get a "check's-in-the-mail" sort of response and sent one to SaveMore as well. SaveMore pretty much offered no assistance whatsoever, but did agree to delete my account. I would stay away from this site. Fortunately for me, no actual money was exchanged.

Do not order any deals from this site. They sell deals to shady merchants that don't respond to e-mails and send defective stuff out months after you use the voucher. I was stupid enough to buy a voucher for a site called http://www.gadgetgear.tv/. The voucher was supposedly for a $25 dollar pair of headphones. I bought the vouchers for the headphones at savemore.com for 14 dollars and used it at gadgetgear.tv. What I got in the mail after 4 weeks was a pair of cheap looking eabuds in a plastic baggie with no brand, no maks, no packing slip, and one of the earbuds is missing the protective cover. It's an absolute piece of filth. Don't every use these amateurs. They have no idea what they're doing on the merchants they're peddling.

They are a ripoff... they have no business sense and i think its been strted by some young college dropout who had nuthing better to do...

They don't check the credibility of the business they are dealing with it before providing deals... not that they are great when they have deals with Big companies like CVS, SUBWAY...

I ordered a couple of pillows from homedecor.bz... (bought the voucher from savemore) its been closely a month and a half and order has not been shipped...

JUST STAY OFF THIS SITE... WISH I COULD GIVE 0 Stars or Maybe something in negative... efffing Pissed!

Bought a voucher through Savemore.com back in September, placed the order on reusablebags.tv on September 19th and still have not received anything. Called reusablebags.tv customer service on October 20th to see where my merchandise was and they told me it had been shipped to me the day before I called except for 4 items that were on backorder. Called them back today and all your receive is voicemail saying they will call you back but doesn't allow you to leave a message. Called savemore.com and waited on hold for 28 minutes finally "Jonathan" (who is 1 of the 2 people that work there, yep there's only 2 people there) and he said he called reusablebags.tv and they told him it was sent yesterday, I informed him that they gave me the same song and dance almost a month ago and still no products and was told I could try calling back sometime next week to possibly get a refund if it hasn't been delivered by then, POSSIBLY get a refund. Stay far far away from this company, they are just going to say it was shipped yesterday and you'll never receive anythign

Like many of you, I have had a very hard time getting through to a live person when I call them. But today, I finally actually did!:-) I spoke with Jonathan and he told me that they just moved AND there are only 2 of them doing customer service. He said they're a very small company, just getting started, and they've had a huge response to some great deals, so they're sorta backed up right now answering calls, but I've already used my CVS deal that I got from them, which I had to print out something and take it to the store, but that was no problem. He assures me that my Subway gift card is on its way to me and I should get it in 2 days or so. So, have patience, they ARE a legit company and if you can get through, you will see that they do give you good customer service. I don't recommend them if you don't have time to be patient with them though.

I purchased a voucher for $15 for a photobook that was supposed to be worth $40. I received my voucher number, but when I entered it at checkout it keeps telling me that it's not valid. I have made numerous attempts to contact Savemore at their phone number listed, and I also am disconnected before I can ever get an actual person on the line. I checked them out at the Better Business Bureau, and they have an F rating. 13 complaints filed with them in the last 12 months. Now I am out $15 that I was going to use as a Christmas gift, and spent 3 hours working on putting that photobook together. And I am getting nothing. I will never use them again.

You can not write a negative comments on their facebook, It will be deleted in a minute once they read it. People should stay away from this website if they they want to retain their sanity. Saving more? Maybe! But not your patience in waiting when are they gonna send the item you purchased.
