This is a total scam, ordered a lawn mower no response from the company, after several emails and phone calls! I turned them in to PayPal and the bbb.
I bought a deal and ordered some nail polish from a company featured in Savemore called Fabulous Nails. That was 19th Oct, and to this date I have not received it. And none of them Neither the Save more staff picks up call nor the nail polish company.
I would understand if its a traffic issue on phone, but I mailed them 10 days ago, and still they havnt responded. I would say, they are big scammer stay away.
My first experience with Savemore for a Chili's card. All went well. But I cannot access their site to print the CVS certificate I bought. So far, no response from an e-mail sent to customer service. When I found their phone # here, I thought great.
But when I called from my phone which has free domestic long distance, I was shocked to find the call would not go thru. I called my phone provider who verified that Savemore's # is based out of the CAYMAN ISLANDS! Guess I'll be reversing the charges for my last purchase... and NEVER using them again!
Site has a legitimate look but is a total scam. They took my money then nothing happened. No product shipped and no reply to my multiple inquiries in various forms. Total scam.
This website is a scam, I ordered 2 gift certificates that I used on both water bottle and jewelry, both never came. And it's been about 2 months. I'm surprise that this website actually still on. Someone need to shut it down, cause it's a scam...
I ordered the Subway and Boston Market gift card from them. I received the Boston Market gift card, but not the Subway. I emailed SaveMore yesterday at *******@SaveMore.com and received a response this morning from them. They offered to refund my money or send the gift card within a few days and I told them I wanted the gift card. Hopefully I will receive it soon.
I purchased two for one movie tickets, when I attempted to redeem they transferred me to another webisite to redeem which of course is no longer in business and I never received anything but I am out $24. Awesome
I will give that the site will save you money but beware, there are hidden charges you are NOT paying for up front. Take Gadget gear for example. You pay for a voucher, you wait for it, it comes to you... go to the website, find the item, put it in your basket, add the voucher number and... then you are billed for tax. Not only tax but tax on the full retail amount. NOT the deal you paid. By this time you already paid for the voucher. This needs to be made very very clear on the savemore site but it's not even mentioned.
I saw the deal on getting $10 for www.savemore.com registration in www.slickdeals.net, immediately I registeredm and it showed the credit of $10 in account. I used this credit for the purchase water bottle. My wife also registered and got $10 credit. She bought the nail polish. Now we have zero credit in both the accounts and we never got items. These guys are just trying to get more members added to www.savemore.com. Long story short, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME SPENDING IN WWW.SAVEMORE.COM.
If you aren't in a hurry to get what you order, then by all means, order from savemore.com. After nearly 8 weeks of waiting for my product, I cancelled my order and am still waiting for my refund. If I do not get it by the end of this week, I'm filing a BBB complaint. My emails were ignored. I could never get through on the phone. My comments on their website conveniently never showed up. I will not ever order from them again!
I purchased the Barnes and Noble and Burger King 'deals' in December and never received anything. The "my account" page no longer even loads correctly to allow me to redeem the Burger King one and the Barnes and Noble one was never shipped/received. Multiple messages to their customer service number have never yielded a return call, nor have requests through their Twitter or Facebook accounts. SCAM. RUN. AVOID. We are now seeking recourse through our bank cards.
Horrible! I bought something on this site on August 29th and have yet to receive it. Savemore and the company keep saying they mailed me the items over and over again yet I haven't received a thing! They refuse to mail it with confirmation delivery! Horrible to say the least! Stick with better sites like Groupon.com and livingsocial.com
They had a deal for buy a $25.00 gift card to Barns & Noble for $15.00 guarenteed delivery before Christmas. Well it is 4 days past christmas they charged my card for 2 of them. I have tried to call them every day to find out what the problem was and nobody ever picks up, a message will come on and say leave a message and we will get back to you. 2 weeks later and nobody has returned my call. I am angry and will NEVER go through them. I will make sure that my friends and family know of this cheating sight! And I will post it all over face book and other media centers and also my next call is to the BBB!
I bought a Subway gift card from this site at the very beginning of November and have yet to receive it. I was told I was going to get it 3 weeks ago, obviously I haven't received it. I tried calling the 800 # on their website, but it just rings and rings. I purchased this over 2 months ago. I feel as though I should've received it by now. The least they could do is charge your bank acct WHEN/IF they actually ship the item! They have my $$$, but I don't have my product! Every reputable company I know only charges your card when they ship your item YOU paid for!
Stay away from this site! I purchased several gift cards in November and it's not December and I am still waiting to receive them. I have called their number and after being on hold for 5 mins, you get disconnected or a recording to leave a message. I emailed them after seraching their site for a email address and someone replied (no name given) that I would get it soon and still nothing. I re-emailed them again asking for someone to email me back or call and nothing. I am reporting the charges as fraud on my credit card and reporting the business to BBB. STAY AWAY!
I bought 3 vouchers for dining deals that supposedly you receive a free giftcard to walmart for 25 dollars. SCAM. They are fake, I had the 90 dollars charged to my account then they keep making the availability day one day later so we can't use our vouchers. DON"T USE THEM
I'll just post a copy of the post I made on their facebook page:
Dana Wessel Edwards: I want to know where my Subway gift card is. I ordered it over a month ago, requested it on November 14th, and it supposedly shipped within 5 days. I've called twice and left messages and emailed your so-called customer service and received no response. I am disgusted by this unprofessional behavior of your company and I will not be spending any more of my hard earned money on your site.

I did get a $10 CVS e-gift card on the site for $5 before the subway card issue, that I just printed out and it worked, but the store clerk wouldn't let me keep it with a balance on the "card" (printed paper) So I had to buy something else. A real gift card can be kept with a balance on it.
Ordered Barnes and Noble card on Dec 3rd and it's been a whole month and I have not received it. They don't respond to my emails.
I googled them and found that they are rated an "F" on the BBB site. They were also featured on CBS news.

I bought processed peas in brine
From spar it was hard iI tried to cook the peases and it was stll hard i am very disappointed in the products of savemor.
Horrible! Called multiple times because I never received my Barnes and Noble gift card. No one ever answers the phone or calls back. I will call my credit card company to see if I can be reimbursed. Total SCAM. DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE FROM THEM!
