I bought several items 4 of them were defective, had a awful smell, where not new and were falling apart. Customer service would not pay for return shipping even though I showed pictures of the moss falling off the branches, the lantern metal separated from the seam, the color of dried flowers I bought was no where near the color I ordered. The customer service was awful the quality of products awful. I ordered from them several times before and mostly had good products. They totally have lost my business... BUYERS BEWARE! I ordered orange in this picture below shows gold customer service said it is orange... clearly it's not orange
Website is a little outdated but I was willing to tolerate it for the low prices and variety of items. The problem is that several items I tried to purchase didn't have any indications of being sold out (some were actually "restocked"). But when I order it, I get a call from an unknown number with customer service telling me that the product is out of stock after waiting about a week or two.
I don't mind the call, but I would've just preferred an email. It just felt odd to get a call from a random number at a random time, with them telling you something you tried to buy weeks earlier is not available. Also the shipping cost is really high. I saved this website for years in case I ever needed anything from them. Turns out the only thing I needed has been out of stock the past 2 years. Might as well not even list it anymore. I ended up buying the item I needed most elsewhere.
Before ordering from this company, I checked out some reviews from consumers- there were a few complaints. Be that as it may, they had an item I really really wanted so I took a chance. I had no issues from this site from the ordering process to the receiving of my item. They offer wedding decor, string lights of all kinds, fabric/silk flowers, candles, etc, apothecary, childrens toys, home and garden decor, etc. I ordered a beautiful ivy garland with lights and a set of mini string lights for decorating my livingroom. Shipping is a little costly but I think it depends on where you live. I don't want to fully endorse this site due to some of the reviews I read but I wanted to tell you of my experience so you had a fair set of reviews to go by. People who receive poor service are generally the only ones who leave a review (with obvious good reason). Those who receive great service rarely review a site sometimes making it difficult to get the whole picture... THANK GOODNESS for sitegrabber huh?
