Order was outsourced to Uber Eats. When the driver had issues finding the location they reached out and claimed that they were given a different address and complained to me that they'd have to use their own address even though I put in the correct one. They then said they were having trouble finding the place and claimed it didn't exist after I sent a screenshot of the map and exterior. They ignored that and canceled the order, claiming they had too many other orders. The second driver was kind and was able to find the place quickly. No issues once she was able to take it.
Handicapped and homebound. Excellent delivery service from courier. Delivery made on time. Saucey app is easy to use.
The items that I ordered were delivered in the time window stated by the app and the delivery driver was courteous.
