I like what I ordered, very satisfied but do you give us blouse cut pieces separate it is with the saree so I have to spent more to cut interlock and fall too. I would definitely order from you in future but please make sure you interlock and cut blouse piece and fall that would be great. I love crepe silk saree and rajkot patola saree both.

Very disappointed

I ordered dress for festival season, gave my alterations details right after I ordered on the WhatsApp number. They confirmed that they will be altering per my request.
However the dress came in standard size? I can't wear it. They are refunding 20% of the total price and promised to do alterations and shipping when I go to India.
I didn't want the money, I was looking forward to wear something new in the festivals. Very very disappointed.

The colors and then pattern of the garment are very different from the picture displayed online. When the ghaghra was tailored per measurements it took away the main part/print of the ghaghra. Which took away from th charm of it. It should have been mentioned by the site that this could be a possibility during tailoring.

I've purchased clothing from Asopalav.com and I understand that Saree.com may be an entity of it. However my experience with Asopalav has been. Wonderful in the past but this was a sheer disappointment.

I will dispute the charges with my credit card company.

Cheating the customerd

The products (saries) ordered and sent were totally different. Better to pay once it is delivered. There is no exchange facility. Read terms and conditions.

Asopalav (Saree.com)... you are losing the respect and love of your old customers!

I purchased three items from Saree.com on the 20/11/17 for a cousins wedding. 5 days later, I am told one item is only available as a last piece and is a pre-stitched product (3 sized smaller to mine!). I requested cancellation.

A week without any reply from them, I contacted them to check if the delivery of my other two items will arrive on time... or I am happy to pay for expedited shipping. Ms Garima Shah (Customer Executive) says on the phone. Not to worry... since the shipping address is a local one (I was in Ahmedabad for the wedding)... it will arrive before 5/12/17... I asked her three times that this is really important to me... she reassured me.

I received my second item on 29/11/17! A super tight dress... nowhere to the measurements I sent... okay... I will pay extra to a tailor to fix it... still okay...

Yesterday the 1/12/17... I had not received my main wedding choli... I try calling the phone number they have provide numerous times and it was being hung up on me... finally I wrote them an email...

Ms Garima Shah replied back saying... Hello, the item will be delivered on the 8/12/17! An unstitched product after the wedding day is what Asopalav promises you!

Major disappointment from such a trusted and loved brand!
