samishleather.com is always quite prompt. The prices are superb. I recently ordered a brown biker jacket as I was eagerly searching for a stylish outfit. I just say I am enthralled with their services. However, I feel the shipping charges are a bit higher. But, overall the experience is a delightful one with Samish. The outer and inner shells both are well constructed. The viscose inner layering is too soft to handle.

Very nice services and the delivery charges are so attractive. I am a huge cotton jacket fan, and this jacket has made my day. Seriously, the prices are not too much too. Very good quality as well.

I have experienced that buying a leather jacket from samishleather.com is really an exceptional practice. I received a genuine quality bomber jacket at the best price with timely delivery.

I purchased leather waistcoat at the price of £260. The jacket arrived damaged due to the fact it was poorly stored prior to shipping. The waistcoat was compactly folded without any material between the folds. When I unfolded the waistcoat the colour simply peeled away where the leather had sweeted and then dried and stuck together in multiple places. On 03/03/23 I informed samish leather immediately without reply. On 23/03 I suppllid samish leather with 4 photos of the item. On 01/04 samish leather emailed me a message containing five words, no courtesy, stating, 'Kindly tell the order ID'. I returned the requested information on the 03/04 but to date have not received any reply. I wrote again on the 17/05 to both samish leather and 'fairdeals.biz', as they were part of the purchase contact. As the waistcoat was an item I really desired I suggested a solution that did not involve returning the item as I had previously paid the return on an item,not from this company, and was never refunded or heard from the company again. I have tried in vain to get the item repaired myself but absolutely no one will touch it because its a dyeing job consisting of different colours. By samish leather,s response they knew the item was not fit for sale before it was sent to me as they would have known as professional leather dealers that some form of material should have been placed inbetween the folds of the item. Realising I was chasing a lost cause I mailed both companies calling them out for the unscrupled, unprincipled b******s they are and shall continue to do so from time to time as I remember.

My story...

I had a Fancy Dress event down the GC and needed a Costume. There were four of us going as a team so I needed something specific. I found a costume online that I thought was perfect so called and emailed Samish Leather to get confirmation on when it would arrive. I was very clear in my written correspondence that I needed it for an event so there was no use ordering the costume if it was at risk of not getting here on time. They confirmed it would arrive on time on 3 separate occasions in writing over the next few weeks.

As the date was getting closer and I hadn't received the costume - I was getting anxious and started calling daily. As per previous communication - I was assured it would arrive on time - no need to worry. You can imagine my disappointment when it didn't arrive and I had to run around last minute trying to find something.
In addition the following week when I got the package I couldn't believe the poor quality. It looked nothing like the picture. It honestly isn't worth a quarter of the amount they charged me. As most of you know I'm 5'3 so couldn't believe when I unzipped the front that the costume to hop into it that was made so short in the body I couldn't get it over my shoulders. The material was bulky and looked nothing like the long sleeve wet suit shown in the picture.

Of course I contacted the company and sent them all the written communication which clearly showed they'd made promises they hadn't keep. Initially they were nice and the lady said they'd organise a refund. What a joke. I never heard back from them. True to form I received no refund no follow up email - nothing. Zero' after sales service.
