Big fan of Robert Graham, was searching online for deals and came across this site. I knew the Saks store brand by name, figured this was like Nordstrom Rack having last season/overstock items at a deep discount. Got three pairs of shoes, several shirts, and a robe. All of them high quality and certainly not knock offs (I have legit RG shirts from their shop on Abbot Kinney so I know what real RG shirts are. Absolutely floored by the prices, fantastic for what you get. Had no issues with shipping, ordered on a Friday afternoon, and everything arrived by Monday, well packed and everything there. Not sure why so many people had issues, this was flawless for me. Would order again.
Ordered on 2/7/24 package was due to arrive 2/12. It's 2/15 and still nothing. I reached out to saks and was told the shipper must have lost it and I will have to wait weeks for a refund until they authorize it. They use a low budget shipping company- Pandion. If I had known this, I never would've ordered in the first place! Shop at Nordstrom rack instead where they use reputable shipping companies and have awesome customer service.
They sent products different from description. They also sent counterfeit luxury perfume which lasted less than an hour. Then I had to pay $10 to return. They prevented me from reviewing their products from their website. They are just like scammer. Only buy from them if you can accept paying returning fees to return their counterfeit products.
Tip for consumers:
Do not look at the reviews on their website. After I made purchases,
they made it impossible for me to review with low stars. Do not buy from this scammer.
I am very disappointed with this company's refund process. I have ordered two ladies' coats one of which was too small and I had to return it. The return label was for USPS so had to stand in a long line at the post office which was two weeks ago and there is no sign of my refund monies. They received the item a week ago but still no refund. Their long refund policy is actually defeating their purpose of selling as much merchandise as they can for the Holidays, since people are unable to spend the refund monies on other merchandise which most of us would. Due to their awful return/refund policy, I won't be shopping on this site again
Purchase a half a carat tennis bracelet website said the brace it was estimated at 1,1900… but when I receive the bracelet, the original price takes at $475. Bracelet was on sale for 387. This was not a 70% savings. They are doing a false advertisement from the website to the actual price that's on the bracelet buyers beware.
I purchased during Black Friday sale a buy one get one free Diamond bracelet. This is a long story so I will try to shorten. They sent the bracelets very fast which was awesome. They were very pretty. I noticed they charged me for two bracelets. I called and within a couple days they had refunded a small portion I called again and the refunded another small portion. Not close to the cost of the bracelet though. Three days into wearing one of the bracelets broke. I called and since the sale was no longer going on I would have to send back both bracelets to get my money back. I sent both back with the prepaid label they sent. I kept checking and they kept telling me they hadn't received the bracelets. 6 calls later on one whole month they finally received. Took another full week to get my money back. So I guess if you are willing to take the chance on what you purchase not being defective and taking weeks to get your refund. Than go for it! As for me…. I will never buy from them again

Don’t buy from Saks off fifth

I made my first purchase online with Saks fifth Avenue recently. I bought a pair of these house shoes made by Sanctuary and I just received them today. The postage on them seemed slow, but I can live with that, however, as soon as I saw them, I thought they looked small. They do say size 10 and I am a 10 medium, and that is the size that I buy when I go shopping for my shoes. However, as cute as they may be, as soon as I tried them on, the back of my heels are pretty much hanging off and I seem to be able to feel them on the edge. They seem to fit more like a 9 1/2 or possibly a 9, I don't know since I wear 10's, but my assessment was right for me as soon as I saw them. Because these were on sale, I just saw that I can't return them or do an exchange and so I don't think I will ever purchase from them, especially online, again. I am very disappointed in my first online purchase. I did purchade some Hue socks with my shoes and I do like them.
Tip for consumers:
After I thought I couldn’t return them, I did end-up speaking to a very nice customer service representative who allowed me to send them back and gave me a full return. I would still give the shoes a 2 because of the fit, but would give the customer service I received on this return a 5.

Socks and I have to keep the shoes since they were on sale when I bought them. Had there been Reviews on site before I purchased, I might have seen that they ran small.
Customer service unprofessional, can't answer any questions and fix mistakes from their side. Their manager rude, talking with nasty attitude, her name Melville, during conversation her dog did not stop barking. At the end she said that she tired to repaid over and over. She was making disgusting noises. They located overseas and definitely do not care about job their doing and Saks customers.
I ordered a tote on black friday (2021). I wasn't particularly needing the bag right away, but I was expecting it to be delivered within a reasonable time--even with the holidays. Well mid December rolls around and still no bag. After clicking through emails and everything else I could find I found a "tracking" number. Wait, I found THREE DIFFERENT TRACKING NUMBERS. So I called up their customer service number. First person couldn't help me, they even kept telling me that it was impossible for the order to have three tracking numbers--yeah, it should be, but I was looking at one from a company I had never heard before--they do have a website---and there were two different OnTrac numbers! But yeah, sure totally impossible. I called a couple of days later and was hung up on by whoever was the first rep that I spoke to that day. Completely unprofessional. Got through again and spoke with another rep who assured me that they would still be shipping my order and not to worry--to "give it time". Again, this wasn't like a gift for someone else. I bought the bag for myself, but we were already reaching a month since I had ordered this bag and I still had no product in hand. The first rep that I spoke to( the one who denied there being 3 tracking numbers), was emailing me that the company(the one I had never heard of before) "could not find my package" and wanted to know if I wanted to cancel. I wrote back that NO I did not want to cancel my order as I had gotten on sale and still wanted it. I just wanted to know that it was on it's way--which the other rep had said it was--so I was going to wait.
Well, I waited a few more days only to get an email stating that I "had started a return" and that when the company got the return I would be refunded---um, no I did not. I WANTED the bag! I had told the rep that I wanted the bag---so why would I return it?!?!?!? (Just getting my refund was a whole other story for another time) Well because I still wanted the tote--I needed it for a work bag as mine needed to be replaced---I ordered the same tote BUT I picked expressed shipping. Funny how the extra 15.00 for shipping guaranteed that I got the bag within 2 days and I had a proper tracking number!
My one and only time I will ever order from this site. If you *must* order something, just spend the extra money for the expressed shipping. It'll save you from a lot of drama later.
Tip for consumers:
Pay the extra for the express shipping. Seriously.
I was promised a partial refund for these hats since I bought three. It has now been 2 months since I was promised my money back and we have reached Saksoff5th 4 separate times and they promised the money back each time and still nothing. Very disappointed and do not know if I will continue shopping here if they make false claims and promises.
I love Sorel boots so I decided to order a pair from here while living abroad (UK). It came with a manufacturing defect (leather scrunched together on right foot in which that shoe was so tight and could hardly go on). As I had to pay a lot to ship it here (about 30$), they said if I wanted another pair in the same size that I could get free shipping back but I would have to pay again for the next order (60$ Shipping) and they couldn't refund the shipping costs there regardless. It cost me a lot for them to send me shoes with a defect. It was unfortunate.
I bought 2 V Italia purses from them about a week ago. I guess I am lucky that I got them in a reasonable time and that they are not damaged judging by the all the problems people have had with this company.
My problem is that the purses were supposedly over $700 a piece (I paid about $150 a piece) and for that price I would expect high quality. The purses are cute, but flimsy. The lining looks cheap and it just doesn't seem high quality at all.
I normally read reviews first before I buy anything online, but I thought it's Saks, what could go wrong. I can't return the items but at least I got them and they are usable. But I will never shop there again.
I ordered a Christmas gift and received the confirmation email and charge on my card. I was thinking I was done with my list. A WEEK later I received and email stating that my item was now out of stock and it was being cancelled.
This wouldn't be that big of a deal if it wasn't the holidays or it was done in a timely manner.
I then had to scramble to find something else for the gift and since it was so much closer to Christmas it was much harder to find something that would arrive on time without a HUGE shipping fee. If the email that the item was out of stock came within a day it would have been much easier to deal with.
The email stating they were canceling due to out of stock didn't even seem to be of concern and didn't offer for a discount or anything for the inconvenience. Their customer service is difficult and no help.
I suggest if you are ordering you have to be prepared to later end up not getting what you ordered. I did get the money back on my card. You would think with technology these days, the would have a better system to track their inventory!
Tip for consumers:
They do not have a good inventory tracking system, so just because it says they have the item, you might not receive it due to being out of stock. Letting you know if it out of stock is not timely.

Intro: Charged for shipping although shipping was Supposed to be free.
Call the customer service, was hung up on first time after 20 minutes, 2nd call Erin (she introduced herself) ID ******* was unhelpful and not understanding (although multiple times their catchphrase "I do apologize, and I understand"). Rep told me they can't remove the shipping charge and can't provide any incentive. Upon requesting a supervisor was told a 10% off my next order, meaning I have to spend another 100$ with them... Kept on requesting a supervisor for 20 minutes only to be told "All are busy, how about 20%".
Horrible customer service, would not recommend, dishonest
Roberto Cavalli slided very disappointed in my purchase with saks 5th off my shoes looks so cheap, i thought this store get stuff from saks to make room for there new items. I will never order again.
Placed an order in July for two tops. Only one top was the box and it was the wrong color. Opened a case 7/22/2020 to get a refund for the missing top. Refund finally approved end of August but now it is mid September and have not received the refund. I called them and they said they can see the refund approval but a gift card was never mailed. They are sending the issue to the back office... the same people that took a month and a half to approve the refund. Don't know if I will ever get the refund. Have told my sons to never give me another gift card from Saks.
The last few orders I've placed have been canceled because item is unavailable. Disappointing.
By the way, merch is much better online than in Saks Off 5th stores.
First be aware: I found out the 30-day return period begins the day you place your order, and the return must be RECEIVED within the 30-day period. The skirt of the dress had horizontal seams midway between the waistline and the hem which created a bad pucker right at hip level and badly broke the print of the fabric. The hem was not even. It measured a full inch longer in one section than in the rest of the dress.
I live in the netherlands and i want to buy a super cute backpack from betsey johnson but the shipping is very expensive and that i don't like that. But maybe some readers of you know a cheap (0,00 - 50,00) betsey johnson backpack be mine black with not so many shipping money, CAN SOMEONE HELP ME? And sorry for my bad englisch but is come (as you know) from the netherlands and i am at the first class at the middle school.
I generally view my online shopping experience based on ease of return and prices.
I buy from Saks Off 5th occasionally when I see good deals.
Recently, I had placed several orders for Longchamp Le Pliage totes so I could select the best colors and styles. I had brought the unneeded items from multiple orders for return to one of the local stores.
Here are the flaws that I saw:
1. Unfriendly gloomy personnel. I wish they were trained to be pleasant and smile when serving their customers.
2. I was asked for my e-mail once. I expected that all the return receipts would be sent to y e-mail. Instead, I only received the 1st return receipt by e-mail. I hate to rely on paper receipts only, as I tend to loose them often.
3. When I checked my online account information several days later, NONE of the return activity was reflected there.
4. I had to go to my credit card account to verify that the money were returned.
BOTTOM LINE:
1. The return of online orders was unsatisfactory and outdated. The return process needs to be fully automated and not rely on paper receipts for proof of return.
2. Based on 1, I will keep my shopping at Saks Off 5th to the bare minimum or try not to shop there at all.
