I made a return with several items. One of the items they failed to check in and will not refund my money even though they still "value" me as a customer. Now I'll need to dispute the charge with my Amex. And the dress was only $40, we're not talking about a designer item. Horrible horrible customer service. They very easily could have made this right.
I have ordered some items which were sent to me split into two separate shipments. The first was delivered to a different address by a parcel company called PCL, and they provided a picture proof of the box by a house door which is not mine. Suspiciously now the picture is no longer available on their website. I provided a picture of my own front door and I expected then the issue and refund to be a no brainer. Instead I have been gaslighted and stalled and promised calls back, and "will look into it"s etc for over five weeks. I emaiIed, called numerous times, contacted them via twitter, but I was finally forced to make a claim with my Credit Card company and I suspect that this was their hope all along. I am dismayed because I liked the price/quality of their products and I was planning to purchase again in the future.

I order packages all the time and I have never had a missing item from a package like are you kidding me? I ordered a necklace that was $140 the box of the necklace came and literally nothing was inside! They are saying I have to wait 3-10 business for a claim and then 8-17 for the refund. I don't even want a refund I just want my necklace.
I ordered 4 items from Saksoff. Two of the items were delivered as scheduled. I received a message that the other two items had been delivered, but they were not.
Sent a message to the carrier (Pandion). They apologized for loosing the parcel and directed me to the Saksoff website to get a refund. Reported the missing shipment to Scksoff via the website two times. No response. Finally called the company. The agent gave me a claim# and said the refund would happen 7 to 10 days. Checked bank account statement after 14 days. No refund. Called Saksoff. Refund request denied due to elapsed time. Called bank and requested a chargeback. Waiting for a response from bank.
I am so furious with saks off 5th! I placed an order on Dec 22 and received my package today (Dec 27). I spent almost $300 dollars for a14k yellow gold chain link bracelet as a present to my sister in law for her birthday coming up in the middle of January. I opened the package only to find a saks gift box and an empty dustbag inside the box! I immediately contacted customer service and told them what had happened. They asked me if the package was sealed and I said yes but the box inside the package was empty. She told me that she was going to file a claim which can take anywhere between 3-10 business days for someone to contact me and if "approved," it will take another 10-17 days for a refund. I asked customer service if they are just able to replace the item which she completely ignored. Not even a few hours later, I received an email stating that my claim was denied. Livid, I contacted customer service yet again and they said that their guidelines do not allow for a refund. I asked what their guidelines were and they completely ignored me. Their response was that because the package was delivered with proof of delivery that they cannot refund me. Again I stated to them that yes, it was delivered (in a timely manner surprisingly), but the contents of the package were completely empty and that I wanted them to investigate this further. Again I was ignored and the customer service rep ended the conversation. Honestly, this is complete and utter THEFT! Not only did they take my money, send me an empty package, they are also refusing to make it right by replacing the item or refunding me. Because of this, they have lost a long time customer. I will no longer be shopping here after this incident. They steal customers money in hopes that it doesn't get reported. This isn't the first time they have done something shady. Last time they double charged my credit card for the exact same amount on different days! It was like pulling teeth to get my money back. I actually had to go through my issuing bank to get it resolved and get my money back. Shame on Saks and their undeniably sketchy ways. They are crooks and thieves who just take your money without sending you the items you paid for!
I only received one item in my online order. I called them to inform them that I was charged for all and only one item was in the box. They said that they could see I had not received the other item. They said I would be receiving a refund. Two days later I received an email stating that I was not receiving a refund. Then I called to but was only able to chat. They said due to their policy they would not be refunding me. I stated I was already told that they could see I had not received the item and that the previous customer assistance attendant had stated I would be receiving a refund. They still refused my refund. I informed them I had a business degree and that was illegal. They still refused. I will never buy another item from them. I feel completely taken advantage of.
I ordered 4 sets of steak knives online but only received 3 sets in the box. I called immediately and was told I would be issued a refund. I even received an email confirming the refund. A few weeks later I did not see the refund on my account so I called back. I was told that they didn't see any record of my conversation even though I have the email confirmation and I was asked to send in pictures and was told that an investigation would be done. Then I received another email that my request was denied. It makes absolutely no sense. What investigation could possibly be done I never had such a disappointing experience with any other company before.
Never ever shop at Saks Off Fifth. I was supposed to have a package delivered on Dec 1 and did receive an email from TForce, the delivery service, that the package was delivered. It was not. Checked with the doorman all the rest of the day and the package never arrived. For the next month I was calling customer service to no avail. They insisted the package was delivered even though the picture was not my lobby and not my building. Obviously it was delivered to another building by mistake and will not accept responsibility or accountability. TForce is incompetent and inefficient service. I will never use saks off fifth again. Ever.
I ordered a dress from here which was 200 AUD, when it arrived much later it was cheap quality AND broken. I tried to get in contact with them through email to which I got no reply, so I had to try and use their website and talk to someone on there. I finally managed to get ahold of someone who told me they would email a return sticker and things like that and told me basically I had to do it all. After following up and printing that barcode and paperwork out (and getting my own box) I took all of these things to the post office only to be told I had to go to a dhl outlet or organise for them to come pick up the parcel. Adding another step to this long process of returning this one item, I managed to get ahold of a dhl worker who I asked to arrange a time for this parcel to be picked up, to which he told me that I need to contact the business and that they are supposed to sort all of this out otherwise I will deal with prices that I shouldn't have to. So again, I emailed Saks off 5th on the 30th of November explaining this situation, it is now the 21st of December! And I have got no reply, nothing! This brand is awful in my opinion and if I could give it negative stars I would. Never will I ever be buying from here again
I made sure I ordered in early for Christmas and I'm a official member but they never sent my package and don't want to refund me I will never shop back here because they lied telling me they shipped and the shipping company never received it they spoiled my kid's Christmas
Purchased a denim jacket, size 7/8 and received a huge coat that came to my knees, a foot of sleeve beyond the length of my arm and a 26" armpit. I had no choice but to request a return and pay $9.99 to ship it back. I folded the coat, placed it back inside the plastic bag, boxed it and shipped it back. 22 days lapsed since the item was returned and I heard nothing. The 23rd day the box was handed to me by FedEx - the jacket was refused by Saks saying it had been worn, was missing tags and in unsaleable condition. The item is brand new, with tags attached - in the same condition as received. If they consider it unsaleable then they're shipping it to customers in that condition. My first issue is the mis-representation of size. That was not a size 7/8 more like a 22. My second issue is the returns department employees who are trained to refuse all merchandise. This kind of treatment is inexcusable and an insult to honest customers returning unworn merchandise in good faith. I lost $98, was treated like trash and I'm stuck with a tent of a coat that no one I know can wear. It's disgusting to learn just how many people have had the same experience. A company like this should be shuttered for good. I've already told 28 people not to shop there - that's in one day. Just think how many more I will inform in the next month. If you're smart you won't shop there.
My package was marked as delivered and it never arrived. They're vague about who they ship through and they make it hard to get ahold of them. They said it could take up to a month to review and refund my claim. Whole company feels like a scam.
I've ordered from Saks off 5th in the past with no problems. I had two separate orders placed on different days. One arrived with no problem. The other was marked delivered by the stupid Lasership company! They either stole my package or delivered to the wrong address. I've contacted both Saks off 5th and shipping company, and nothing has been done. I have security cameras all over my house and have proof no driver delivered any package. I will never order from this company again!

This company will go down for opening up my return and damaging it. Then lying saying that the product was damaged. They will not give me my return refund and I return it the very next day. I have my attorney on it and I do not play. This company will be exposed and taken down if it's the last thing I do. Please do not buy from this place..
Recently purchased about 10 different items totaling close to a $1000.00. They shipped somebody's order to me. I brought it to their attention and I was told they will pick up the wrong items and refund my money in 15 business days. I told them the items were gifts to people for the holidays and I needed the items not a refund, but they basically told me that's all they can do. Their customer service group is based in South Africa and it seems they have not been empowered to address and resolve customers' issues. Very frustrating dealing with them.
This is the worst experience I ever had buying online. Saks Off 5th wins the award for the worst online retailer. I made my purchase and paid promptly but I waited several days and received nothing from them. When I saw the e-mail said that it was delivered with a picture taken by the delivery person, I called them. They asked that I provide a picture of my house which I complied showing my house was White and much different than the different dark gray house they delivered to. After all the inconvenience they caused me, they denied the claim saying that they completed an investigation. If they had did an investigation, thry would have compared the two pictures I sent were not the house they delivered my purchase. When I called for an explanation, I was told to call the police. Imagine the inconvenience they have caused me. I give my review of their harsh business practices every opportunity that arises. And I will never buy from them again.

I'm having the same problem as everyone else reviewing AirTerra here. First of all, I order a lot online and I had literally never hear of this company before placing my order with Saks Off 5TH. I received the initial notification that my package had been shipped and that it was received by AirTerra 11/20 and that it was Hazelton, PA. Although the delivery date Saks Off 5TH gave was 11/23 the AirTerra notification said 'Delivery date information will be available once details are provided by the carrier.' This was the absolute last I heard from them. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that perhaps the holiday was affecting delivery so I waited a few days before contacting Saks Off 5TH's customer support where I was told to wait a few days to see if it was delivered, and if not to call back and they would initiate an 'aggressive search' for my package. When I called Saks again today they tell me that my package was never picked up by the carrier. I asked them what that means exactly and the answer was very vague. The representative tells me I can reorder the item if I want but that the package in question won't be delivered. After I inform him that my size shows as sold out, and that at this time I find their delivery partner to be very sus, the Sak Off 5TH representative tells me that the delivery issue has to go through an investigation that can take up to 10 business days before a refund issued and after that my refund reimbursement can take up to 18 business days! In what world is this acceptable? Beware!

I ordered a coat in a beige color and when I received the item (a week late) it was the wrong color. I called customer service and after 5 different agents, was able to have them send me an e-gift card for a whopping $15...on an order that was over $100. So, the agent sent me the activation link for the gift card, and I was told I had 24hrs to activate it. When I clicked the link the balance showed $0.00. I then had to call two more agents and the 3rd party issuer for the gift card and was told they'd have to put in an escalation ticket and would get a response after 24-48 hours. Which is super unhelpful for a card that expires in 24hrs. Worst experience ever. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
