I bought a product just a couple of weeks ago at a Saje store, it slipped from my hands and broke in the sink. It was the stone face massager. I went into a store to inquire what could be done. Working in retail myself, I know how annoying it can be when customers want refunds, so I was purposefully patient, polite, and understanding only to be met with quite a harsh reaction and was turned away. I then tried emailing their customer service and refund emails and still haven't received a response. I know that the product slipped from my hands, so yes, in a way it is my fault, but my hands were literally centimetres from the sink, and being a loyal customer at Saje, I thought they'd be a little more flexible. I'm starting to think that Saje as a company are very money driven under the guise of wellness and relaxation. I usually have a decent to good experience in their stores but also never tried to return something. I am only treated well there when I am buying. My experience with Saje this time around both online and in store was disappointing.
