I bought two necklaces, one for myself and one for my sister, off the Cali Tiger site. Online, their jewellery looks pretty and definitely something I'd wear. Because of their high prices, I assumed they would be good quality and a perfect gift to myself and my sister for graduating university. I grew up Catholic, so the medallions stood out to me and I thought they'd be meaningful in a cultural way. I am accustomed to medals being very intricate, delicate, and tasteful, and of good quality. But when they came in the mail, I was extremely shocked, the necklaces were clumsy, bulky, and disproportionate in size. There is literally a little blob of a smiley face where a religious leader's face should be, almost as if its a hoax or a joke. Jesus, crucified on a cross, looks like the Pillsbury Doughboy haha. I think Cali Tiger should either up the standards they have for themselves and deliver jewellery that is worth their prices, or they should stay in their lane and leave medals to the medal makers. I reached out to them and haven't received a response yet. Also, they do no returns or refunds... it feels like I have been scammed, I'm wondering if they are a legitimate company. I would never wear necklaces this horrible, Claire's makes finer jewellery than this.

I bought a product just a couple of weeks ago at a Saje store, it slipped from my hands and broke in the sink. It was the stone face massager. I went into a store to inquire what could be done. Working in retail myself, I know how annoying it can be when customers want refunds, so I was purposefully patient, polite, and understanding only to be met with quite a harsh reaction and was turned away. I then tried emailing their customer service and refund emails and still haven't received a response. I know that the product slipped from my hands, so yes, in a way it is my fault, but my hands were literally centimetres from the sink, and being a loyal customer at Saje, I thought they'd be a little more flexible. I'm starting to think that Saje as a company are very money driven under the guise of wellness and relaxation. I usually have a decent to good experience in their stores but also never tried to return something. I am only treated well there when I am buying. My experience with Saje this time around both online and in store was disappointing.
My $300 purchase went to the wrong address after I changed my address on Romwe's website. I guess they kept my old address on file, which caused the glitch. They did nothing to ensure I received the purchase. They did not issue a refund or cooperate with me and stopped responding to my inquiries. I literally lost $300 and the onus is definitely on them and they did nothing to compensate me. They placed the blame on Canada Post who were simply delivering to the address assigned to them. The worst part is, most of the items were presents for my nieces and sisters.

Since this review has been published, Romwe reached out to me and said they'd refund me. However, I've never gone through such a complicated return process, it is taking months, they passed the responsibility onto my bank instead of themselves, saying it is up to my bank to figure this out now, and I have yet to believe that I will actually receive the refund.

ROMWE attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
