First, you carry a size 4 safety shoe! You are the first organization I've found. It would be great if you carried a larger selection of size 4 with regular width, but still great that you have them at all. Selection, checkout and payment were very simple. Over all a great experience!
Ordered the shoes online they came within the timeframe stated. My only disappointment was that 10 1/2 was not available.
I bought a pair of boot from them about 18 months ago and rubber sole started coming disconnected from the bottom of the boot. I do not ware the boots everyday maybe once or twice a week. I contacted costumer services and was told that was "normal ware" and they would not do anything about it.
Perfect. They fit true to size and are just as described. I love the fit and the color and have gotten many compliments. I use them for work when I'm inspecting in dangerous areas or in areas with tall weeds/grass. They are also great for everyday wear.
These gloves were not what i expected. They were the same size as a Men's small. I came to this site looking for a ladies small, and was very disappointed. How do ladies get gloves for the work place that fit right?

Just received my steel-toed boots (tan). Color and everything is as described. Not too heavy but these are my first steel-toed boots. I got size 10 which is true to size (sometimes I wear 9.5) and perfect with socks
I returned the item and was charged for returning even though they were returned due to misinformation for sizing. Pants run small, but site says pants slightly larger than normal. Plus pants were flimsy, I wanted more durable pants.

Tough to navigate. Then you get turned over to another manager after purchase. The other company wants you to download in order to track. Boots ran big for size. Then the return process was not simple.

Said in stock, paid for express ship and only upon us calling to confirm the order Were we told it was not on stock and wouldnt get here in time for the eclipse, therefore worthless. I even live chatted and was told my order would be shipped within 1-2 days.

I have bought many pairs of boots from safety girl. This last time was no different. I purchased the black ones soft toe. I put them on and wore them to work. By the end of the day, the top of the right boot had rubbed a blister on my outside shin. The next day I wore my old boots to try to let the blister heal. The blister got infected. I finally managed to get in touch with safety girl and their customer service informed me that because I wore the boots they won't issue a refund. So in order to find out that they rubbed the blister on my leg I had to wear the boots but I can't return the boots that rub a blister on my leg because I wore the boots. Explain that to me.

I am very disappointed in my new work boots. They are to small for the length of my feet. Where the stitch work seams the foot and ankle portions of the shoe rubbed a blister on my heal. They are very cute but not comfortable to work in. I wish I would have known before hand. I dont have disposable income and the cost for them set me back.
I've gone through a few pairs of steel toes within the past couple of years. These are by far the worst, the back of my heels, my toes everything had blisters after 8 hours of wearing them. So bad I couldn't even get through the phase of "breaking them in" worst part is you can't return them after wearing them but how are you supposed to know if they're comfortable unless you wear them? Overall will never buy from them again.

They offer a decent variety of items and a pretty wide selection of colors and options to choose from, but their shipping and return policy leave a lot to be desired. Ordering online is hard enough but for necessary work clothes that cost more, I wind up buying less from them for fear of not having the right fit and few options of any for return or exchange. The shipping needs an overhaul. Free shipping over a certain price is fair enough, but I was charged shipping on my whole $500+/- order because I had a couple $1-3 items that were final sale and free shipping is excluded on sale/clearance items. Then I received multiple shipments, all smooth and normal by leaving the boxes by the front door. UPS is on my street everyday, so I was aggravated when I wasn't home for one shipment and UPS wouldn't leave it. They made me go pick it up at True Value. Significantly inconvenient.

I purchased a pair of shoes and they shipped out faster than expected. They arrived days before anticipated. Unfortunately, they were too big and I called customer service. Their customer service was excellent! I was not put on hold at all and I did not have my sales order number. They were able to immediately find my order and assist in my return and replacement. My replacement was not in stock, but they notified me later that day they were able to find the replacement and ship out immediately. I cannot express enough the excellent service I received.
I had to buy steel toe boots for work and was happy to find a site that caters to women. The site was easy to use, I got email communications from them and my boots arrived on time and they are exactly what I expected. I would recommend this site to others.
Different styles fit me differently, so I often have to try different sizes. One size worked, the other didn't. Unfortunately, I could only exchange the item for a different size. I was unable to exchange it for different items on the Safety Girl site. Now I have 2 of the same pants, when I needed only one.
6 weeks ago I purchased a pair of work pants and I still did not recieve them. Last week I sent an email - no response. Today I called them - spent my whole 30 minute lunch break on hold - no response.
Order was placed for 7 pairs of ESD shoes. All were stated on website as being stock. Credit card was charged the same day. Received 1 pair 7-10 days later. Emailed twice through by account with no response. A few days later we another two pairs of shoes arrived. However, one pair came in a damaged boxes which I have pictures of. Still no response from Safetygirl. Finally called, and customer service said it was closed out, but then found to be still open and the parts were on backorder. Few days later i got an email they did not ship and that i could cancel or wait. I cancelled. Followed up and was told they had shipped. I pressed for tracking and they would not give me any. I told them i did not want the shoes anymore. They confirmed a day later that they in fact they had not shipped and that they would cancel. Worst experience with an online supplier ever. I am purchasing manager and that says a lot.
