When I called to get a return shipping label, I called on Good Friday, and no one was there. I left a message along with my email address, and they sent me a return label without actually having to speak to anybody. Very happy with the experience.
Fast and easy to use site that has everything a woman that works in either construction or factor can need. Being a factory worker, I've had a hard time finding what I need for work but this site had everything I need.
Items are as shown, but lack complete descriptions. I ordered a pink lanyard, and in the description it didn't tell me how long it was. When I got the product, it turned out to be 3' long when I was looking for 6' long. Shipping was perfect.
Overall easy to use site. Your shipping is a little confusing as the 2 day shipping is over a week out. The boots shipped rather quickly though. I think I got them the same time as the two day shipping said they would arrive.

I placed an order over a month ago and it has been in stock since I purchased it and it has not even shipped yet! I've called countless times and they keep telling me the same thing. I'm so over it and I'm canceling my order. You're better off just going to go buy a pair in store
This is my 2nd pair of safety toe boots for work, and they are comfy/warm/true to size. Being small, I have a very tough time finding steel toe boots in my size safety girl always comes through for me!
I ordered from this company back on August 7th. I was told by email that my shoes would be arriving August 22nd. They never arrived. I reached out the next day. For customer service rep to tell me they were coming from the supplier and no other information was provided. The customer service team is not helpful. Today I received an email that my order has been canceled, what a freaking joke! I've been waiting for these shoes for two and a half weeks and now my order is canceled. Definitely won't waste my time, again with this company. Awful! Awful, awful. There are many other better sites out there. Take your money elsewhere!

I bought two items on the website and then was told I could not return them because they were clearance items. However, I never saw clearance marked anywhere on the items online, nor the order receipt or delivery receipt.

I love the colors of your safety boots. Could you possibly include the color orange. I am a big fan of that color! I really had a great time shopping on your website. It was very easy to navigate I have always wanted some colorful boots, well now I have them!
When I received my order confirmation & tried tracking it the order was still pending. I emailed customer service and did not receive a response for a day in a half. I still tried tracking my order it still had not shipped and then one day it was on my door step. Still order said it was pending. Boots too big and tried to get a return label for an exchange and it said my order # is not valid.
Due to handing off to USPS, gloves were lost and were 4 days later arriving. Of the 5 pairs ordered, only three pairs were constructed sufficient well to make them usuable. Poor sewing left hard knots at the base of fingers rendering them unusable.

Everything would have been perfect, however after waiting 1 week to receive the boots I received the wrong size inside the right size box, only to be told that I will only receive the correct size after they receive their mistake back first.
My boots were great, except they didnt fit. I wanted to return them to get a different size, but I wasnt able to get access to a return shipping label. I've emailed several times but have yet to receive an answer and am now past the free return point and stuck with boots that dont fit.

Experience regarding Safety girl was great will be a repeat web site for my family. I have 2 girls involved in the FFA showing livestock animals this site in regards to footwear safety has been a great asset.
Pleased with the product, not pleased with the shipping. The shipping started out with UPS and ended with USPS. If it had remained with UPS I would have gotten my package yesterday instead of today (8/1/17). I could have worn them all day yesterday to break them in before work. As it is I had to come home to find them, put them on for a few hours, then get ready for bed to be up at 4am tomorrow morning. The free shipping messed things up.

Received my boots. My steel toes eere a little big and another girl needed a pair. Safety glasses are great! If i loose a pair on the H-D, i'm not out $100 for glasses. The pale ponk are perfect in our warehouse! Merry Christmas!

They have a variety of options on products. I was able to find what I needed right away. I will definitely purchase from here in the near future.
I received my boots on the 14 of June and wore them to work on the 15. They are so comfortable they are the correct size. I also appreciate having the extra pink bootlaces sent along.
