I received my boots on the 14 of June and wore them to work on the 15. They are so comfortable they are the correct size. I also appreciate having the extra pink bootlaces sent along.

Needed to upsize on a work boot. Not only did the original order arrive promptly but the return was handled quickly and replacement of boots was simple. Customer service was excellent. Normally wear an 8 1/2W to a 9W. Next time I know to go 9W on first try. Thank you!
I was VERY satisfied with this Company! I received my order less than 2 weeks out as guaranteed in my email. I've ordered this brand of shoe for a number of years now & this was my first time ordering with this Company and they did not dissappoint, the shoe was exactly what I wanted & what they showed on their website. The price was even a lot lower than what I've paid for in the past! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Company!
I got error message when I tried to do Amazon pay, and it wouldn't tell me what was wrong. Then when I tried a prepaid debit card, still said error. I finally tried another debit card, and it went through. I was getting nervous, lol.
The boots are true to size. I bought a 7M which is regular width but I have a narrow foot and the width of the boots are big. I love the boots and hope there is an option for smaller width in the future.
I ordered a size 6, but really needed a 5 (which was on backorder). Got the 6 and it was too big. Ordered a size 5 and got it much sooner than I was told, so I was thrilled about that! The size 5 shoes fit perfectly, and are very comfortable. I returned the size 6 with not issues.

I bought the pink work boots and they fit perfectly, no problem with the steel toe and considering I was working with (razor) blades on a Landroid and install of underground wire using a pointed shovel, I wanted safety. I also bought the wool lined pink work boots for winter snow plowing as I live in northern NJ and very happy with both! I would order from safteygirl.com again & again.
I ordered a pair of shoes on December 19th and still haven't received an email saying they have shipped. Still in filling the order status. I chatted online with someone from Safety Girl on December 28th and was told that the shoes are on back order and won't even ship until after they come in on January 25th. Which means that I will have ordered something in December and won't receive it until February. (Ridiculous) No one was going to notify me of this if I hadn't inquired. I read a few reviews and this seems to be a common problem. Not sure how they have such a high rating. Never will I order from them again.

I ordered the avenger water proof boot (pink/black), it has steel toes, wicking, electrical hazard protection and steel construction. Really comfortable boot, has great cushioning and is really cute. Finally have a boot that is cute and OSHA approved.
This company sucks! I ordered 2 pair of shoes and was.told in email that I could return both pair but now I'm stuck.with 2 pairs of safety shoes that I can't wear.

The Safety Girl Store along with its parent company Online Stores Inc. operate out of New Stanton, Pennsylvania. This location houses a 100k square foot warehouse which the company uses to ship, manufacture and fabricate its own products and even own brand, Safety Girl. The company also has a second location in Sparks, Nevada to better assist with shipping to its customers on the west coast.
