I ordered two products. Quality is good on both. One was shipped right away and the other took over a month. I do not believe any indication of was given at the time of ordering that the second item was out of stock or had a longer lead time.
These just arrived yesterday, so I haven't had a chance to really put them to the test. But, they look great, the fit is perfect, and they offer a lot of ankle support, which is what I needed. So far I am very happy, especially considering the low price!
Everything I ordered was exactly what I expected. Good fit and quality materials. I would recommend this website. Waiting on 3 more items but I'm sure I'll be as happy as I am with the items I have already received.
"Easy return" isn't easy. I bought a pair of safety girl boots on Amazon and they run big. I've been trying to exchange them for 3 days now. I paid for 2 day shipping so I could have them for work and I'm still trying to get them exchanged.

Purchased hardhats "for women" but they are huge and bulky, twice the money as regular hard hats that are the same. Tried to return but the returns feature on the website does not work. When I inquired about returns via email, the reply was simply "You need to return at your own expense" with no instructions.

My work boots are cute and comfortable. The lady I spoke with via online chat prior to placing my order was beyond helpful and gave me a few tips and tricks in regards to making sure I got the right size to fit. However, shipping was terrible and the safety glasses I ordered were broken by the time they finally got to me.
I ordered the pink steelblue work boots. They arrived in good time, they were a beautiful color, perfect fit. Very nice boots. Unfortunately I could not wear them because I have problems with my feet and they just didn't work for me. The customer service was wonderful, I had no issues at all getting in touch with someone who was very helpful in the return and refund of my purchase. I would definitely order from here again.
One of my items was backordered and I received an email about it with the the word "backordered" in the subject line but in the body of the email it stated "out of stock" and there was no expected date provided. It just said to call if I had questions. I ended up not calling (that's on me) and my order did eventually ship. However, it would have been clearer and pretty easy to say "currently out of stock but we are expecting more" ideally even with an estimated arrival date. Otherwise I have no complaints and will likely order from SafetyGirl again.
I like the fact I can wear my boots folded down or leave them up to have more stability. They do run a little big that's the only issue I had wish I would have known so I could have bought about a half size smaller.
Item was delayed, but usable when it did arrive. Good fit, and the inside pockets are a plus.
My new safety shoes (steel toed) are cute and comfortable! They fit perfect! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs safety shoes. I will be purchasing more. And the prices are great too!
From start to finish, my experience with Safety Girl was great! Ordering was a breeze, shipping time was faster than projected which is also great. The shoe fits well, I have not worn them in the field yet though. I wish the shoe had more cushion to it, but it'll do for my light use I intend to have with the shoe.

My boots arrived and they weren't an hour old when one of the snaps came off when I was checking them! I don't have the luxury of sending them back because I NEED then for work now. Other than the broken snap they are fine.
With less than 2 weeks use boots are coming apart. Eyelets are falling out. Reported to customer service with no satisfaction

- Shipping took longer than stated.
- Two items I ordered showed they were available, but now they are on backorder for over a month. Just received emails stating once over 30 days on backorder, will cancel. Why not just remove them from the site so my employees do not choose items that will take that long to receive?
- Also, the way my package was shipped, received my box of boots in a flimsy bag that had a hole in it, and it was delivered on a day that was raining so the bag, did not protect the box from getting soaked and falling apart while sitting on my step. The boots were damp, so I had to let them dry out due to poor shipping packaging.

I have never worn safety toe shoes in my life until yesterday. I wore them for 6 hours and it was the first time I wore them. To my big surprise my feet didn't hurt at all, and I have crazy bad feet. Plus they look like really cool exercise shoes and are amazingly light in weight.
The boots are very comfortable even with the steel toe. The sheepskin lining is perfect. I work in a cooler and my feet stay warm. However, the packaging needs work. The bag that it was shipped in had lots of holes in it and because of this the boot boxes were very beat up and torn. Thank goodness the actual boots were okay.
This was my first order with safetygirl. For now I love everything: the shoes fits perfectly, the quality of material is a good surprise and I didn't have to wait long time for the delivery. It makes the impression of reputable and trustworthy company. Thanks for a good job.
The boots are cute. Super cute a little expensive, but super cute. They rub blisters on the bottom of my feet and my feet look like they've been in water all day long by the time I take my boots off because they're so warm crazy.

I ordered the pink pair. I work in an office, warehouse, and was recently told steel toe boots were required. I thought I was going to have to wear ugly man boots. These were absolutely perfect! Protective, comfortable, and girly cute!
