I had been dealing with Safer Wholesale with a warranty issue since June of 2022. Lots of e-mails and no resolve. Called Mighty Hauler directly and they resolved the issue WITHIN THE HOUR! Got my new part on August 6th. Contacted Safer Wholesale today, August 9th. They told me the issue was still onging and would contact Mighty Hauler again. At that point, I informed them I had resolved the issue myself and why is it they could not have done the same thing months ago.
My advice to anyone considering Safer Wholesale is to avoid doing business with them.

I wanted to take the time to express what an amazing experience I had with your sales associate Cale. I was searching the Internet on a different site found exactly what I wanted but accidentally called your add running on the side of the page so I ended up calling Cale for an item he couldn't offer. He pulled up the site I was looking at. Answered many general questions I had about scooters. This first call was at 7:53. Am my time I talked to Cale 4/5 more times, he had sent an email of the closest thing he saw in his inventory and a second email of his whole inventory. I called a last time at 5:13pm and patiently he continued to try and help me find something and with more scooter tips when our call went silent as he searched for me. Then it happened after all my craigs list adds, multiple competitor web searches his diligence and patients found me the perfect best scooter. It was only a couple hundred more that the first one that caught my eye. Todays sale industry is so hurried to rush customers though everything. Thankfully today I was lucky enough to get Cales help and only because of him found my perfect dream scooter. Im sure ill think of him and be appreciative every time I get to ride. I live in WA so A) we get a lot of RAIN B) not many places sell scooters C) everyone I know and talk to about the most awesome scooter ever will hear about CALE and Great Sport Inc.
