Never undertake a distance course from ACNT. It is almost impossible to get through to online student service or the online tutors.
The are quite happy to charge you the full course fee's upfront and not happy to respond to your complaints. You are very much on your own without help.
1 star is generous. I had nothing but issues with this college, they couldnt even issue me a student card. They cancelled my course via messagebank on my phone... how professional. They refused to refund payments for coursesI never studied that they wouldnt reschedule.
I wanted to buy a monitor for my computer and was generally happy with the customer service at ACNT. My laptop has also been having some issues and am considering having ACNT repair it. Overall, I'd use ACNT again.
One star is toooo generous for ACNT.
