AVOID SabrePC at all costs!

I ordered an NVME SSD via Amazon Prime from this reseller. They mistakenly allowed too many orders to be placed and then asked me to cancel the order which is against Amazon policy. I contacted them and asked if they had a substitute or if they could help and they flatly refused my request even though I was willing to accept another inferior product that they confirmed was in stock. Other reviews show open box products being sold as new and broken products being shipped out knowingly to buyers. Beware!

They don't care

They refused to give me a game code for an exchange for a product I purchased from them that broke. Even though I had to spend hundreds of dollars to buy a water system because the replacement gpu didn't have fans. Not to mention the amount of time I had to wait to get the replacement, or the fact that i had to cover shipping. I guess none of that matters because they already have my money

I purchased all of my computer hardware from Sabre PC and was really impressed with the customer service I received. They made my shopping experience smooth and made sure that all of my concerns were addressed.

Bad experience from the sales department
April 29, 2021

I had a very bad experience with the sales department. IMO, Very unfriendly and did not share their names in the email correspondences.
Order was cancelled without permission because they claim it was high risk due to multiple transaction declined by the credit card. I did submit multiple times like any normal person would when the submit button does seem to go through. I called the bank and approved the transaction, then the transaction went through just fine afterward. The bank probably thought that I was the one being scammed.
Anyway, I received an email few days later, from SabrePC, saying they cancelled the order I offered to submit to additional verification as they mentioned in the cancellation email; however, the sales rep kept insisting that was not an option and instead asked for a wire transfer only without covering the bank wire transfer fees that would come because their request. Keep in mind, I was in contact with another person who ordered the same item and was afforded the additional verification via phone. The rep did not offer the same treatment for some reason.
Very poor experience. I should have read the reviews online about this business before purchasing. Lesson learned. SabrePC lost my business.

I ordered GTX 1070 GPU from SabrePC and it was excellent and the package was completely pack as highly protected so the the fragile item is safe and protected from any logistics handling issues.

We purchased
4 of WD RE 4 TB Enterprise Hard Drive: 3.5 Inch, 7200 RPM, SATA III, 64 MB Cache - WD4000FYYZ

All of these drives began failing in the last week (approximately January 18). One has completely crashed and the remaining three are throwing smart errors and bad sectors increasing. The MTBF for these drives is over 1.2 million hours, so the fact that they are all failing now is problematic.

They are covered under a five-year warranty. We purchased the drives on July 25,2015, so they should be covered until July 25,2020. We've contacted WD who stated that since SabrePC is the OEM distributor, we have to request the replacement through them.

Sabre denied our OEM replacement request saying they did not ship these drives. The only problem is we tag every drive we receive with the purchase location and original serial numbers. These drives were the ONLY model we had shipped to the specific site, the actual only time we even purchased this model of drive. We typically use WD Red, but this site had a requirement for a higher MTBF.

Furthermore, to prevent issues we even take a picture of when the drives arrive along with the original packaging and serial numbers, which show they came from SabrePC.

Lastly, they are the only vendor we ever purchased this model of drive from, so it made it very easy for us to track down.
