Easy to order, just had to follow up by phone as their system doesn't update on shipping probably because it's a freight type of shipping rather the ups or fedex due to weight, quick delivery, arrival of product and package in excellent shape. Would definitely recommend and use their service again.

Easy layout of web page to identify the product I needed. Only down fall is product was ordered on weekend and still took 3 full business days to get placed in the mail. Other sites had purchases mailed by end of Monday.

I have not had a chance to set it up. Looks nice though. A more form fitting travel case for the equipment would be nice. The top flap seems a bit loose causing the poles and accessories to fall out.
