Shipping time was excellent. One of the white conduits for the hose to go inside of was damaged (got squished in transit), so I had to replace that from a local hardware store. No big deal, but the waste master hose was great.

RV Upgrade Store shipped the unit out quickly. It looks like I received the right product and all the necessary pieces, but I have not had time to install the unit yet.
