I found the site easy to use and navigate to the area of my interest. The check-out was also a very smooth process. The only snag was with the local UPS delivery. Some different driver didn't quite know what to do and held it up. Good thing I checked and called them!

Easy to navigate & order, there was no followup e-mail with a tracking number after purchase. Waited 2 weeks before I called customer service (excellent CSR - very polite & explained the situation and mentioned that I was not the only one with problems). I was inquiring about my order and was told that it is out for delivery at the time the day I called Thursday 13Sept.
I was told that there was a glitch in their system software and they had to do everything the old fashion way - by pencil & paper. I received my tracking # the same day I called. Looks like they're back on line and trying to catch up on all their order tracking notifications and such.
Other than this minor glitch excellent on-line store.

THe towbar arrived on time and in great shape. I am very pleased with RVUpgrades store and will purchase again form them.
Maybe a little bit expensive for shipping cost, but a small order, so comprehensible. Otherwise: great shopping experience. Only regret: could not find a small rolling aid piece for the combo rug/floor tool. But impossible to find it elsewhere anyway!
Yesterday your shipping price for my order was over$***, so I did not buy from you. Today I decided to check again since your product price was so much less than your competition and the shipping price is now $** so I placed my order. I can't comment on the product, as I have not had time to install it yet, but was extremely impressed with customer service, they called me to inform me a part I ordered was already included with the product, this cost them a sale, but saved me a few bucks, I appreciated that. Also it was shipped after our conversation, and was received the next day. Thanks
This hand rail worked perfectly on our 06 Coachman Spirit of America travel trailer. My wife has had 3 spinal surgeries and has a spinal stimulator this rail gives her the confidence going up and down our trailer stairs. Thank you great product!

I had concerns about the shipping methods and they were addressed immediately and to my satisfaction. The parts arrived earlier then I expected and overall it was a great experience. I highly recommend RVUpgrades and will use them for all my future needs.
The only issue was all 4 products shipped the same day but separately 4 tracking numbers,
so my receiver charges $5 per package received my cost was $20 instead of $5, I understand back orders would ship separately but not when they are all in stock
No UPS tracking information given! Was in a bind with time frame receiving part. Communications with customer service not satisfactory at best. Part quality was excellent. Part did arrive day before we had to leave so it came in time to be installed.

Customer service rep Ellen was outstanding. Kept track of one item on backorder for us. Called when in and shipped it right out to us. Was a bit annoyed that tire monitor took 2 weeks to get to us though no mention of issues in shipping. But we got items and are
Placed order 24hrs ago with 2 day shipping and since this AM my order shows processing to the point that I can't change it. But I still don't have shipping information. I obviously needed the part in a hurry.
Shortly after my original survey I received notice of the item being shipped. It was delivered the next day as originally ordered.
Order placed 8/5/20
8/11/20 emailed checking order status.
8/12/20 customer service contacted Whse
8/14/20 received shipping notice (shipped 8/13)
That is 8 days before order is shipped.
Order to deliver 8/17. Just short of 2 weeks.
