32" wiper for Fleetwood Southwind. Perfect fit and great looking wiper. Arrived within 3 or 4 days in great condition even though the cardboard box was mashed. Blades ship in manufacture plastic container. Will recommend and buy again from rvupgrades.
Everything was great the only issue I had was I never received an email or text for delivery or tracking confirmation which was very frustrating since I placed the order on a Wednesday and received it on a Monday. I did get a reply back when I emailed customer support by the email came Monday. Other than that it was all great and we loved our product. Usually you would get an email with confirmation same day you ordered which is always nice.

Very Easy and complete order forms. I had no problems. These vent covers are far superior to the camco vent cover I had purchased earlier and a much cheaper price. I have not installed them yet because I need a much younger person to get on top of my trailer.
After tree attempts to get the right item ordered on April 15, it finally arrived at my door step on May 13. There have been mix up at the warehouses and two times i did receive the wrong item. Good communication till there was a problem. The item description for a ball on the site showed 2-5/16 ball, I received a 2" ball with the same product #, when I contacted them for rectification they sent me an email requesting pictures. I immediately sent the requested pics and have heard crickets since. I explained that I was on a tight itinerary for a upcoming trip... still crickets. I ordered what I needed from amazon days after they failed to rectify and I have already received and installed it. We will see what their customer care does with this $8 ball I have sitting next to my computer.

I had to "checkout" 3 times before it went through? That was very unsettling because you never know if 3 purchases went through? It asked me for my email address and there was no place to enter it? In the end it did not give me the option of using PayPal so I had to enter my credit card. Hopefully, I've bought 1 item.

I couldn't have asked for a better company to do business with! Their price on the product I ordered was $60.00 less than any other offer, plus it included free shipping which saved me even more. This kind of service was what made my decision to do business with RV Upgrade. Unfortunately, my part was damaged in shipping, but RV Upgrade happily received the damaged part back and had my replacement at my house in less than 24 hours. How they did that I don't know. It was amazing, and it is what makes a company great. The staff was always friendly, professional, and helpful! I am looking forward to doing further business with RV Upgrade in the future!
Shopping was quick and easy and straight to the point. Streak X removed black stains and other blems from exterior of 1993 Coachman fifth wheel we just purchased after Comet cleanser (as a last resort) and sponge could not. If anything, Streak X could be a little too much of a cleaner if used carelessly. We are very happy with this product since it has removed obvious years of exposure and made this fifth wheel look almost new again.
The items were exactly what was advertised and rvupgradestore.com had the best price including shipping of any that I saw. I received them in good condition. My only issue was with the time between when I placed my order and when it finally shipped. Having placed my order on a Saturday, I had no expectations of it being shipped any sooner than Monday. Unfortunately, they were not able to ship until Wednesday. I do give them credit, however, for the job their customer service department did of communicating with me as to what was causing the delay. So, overall, I am very happy with my experience, and would purchase from them again, if they had an item that I needed.
Easy to use site and had the best pricing for this chair. You were a lot cheaper than Amazon. The chair is sitting at my parents house because I am out of town. I can't wait to get home and try out the chair and bring it on my next camping trip!

Shipping is outrageous considering prices on the items run in the top range already. But I will be pleased if I receive the order promptly and properly.
Received order in good condition, well packed. Delivery was not quick but reasonable. Have not installed the LED bulbs yet but hoping for the best.
