Based on my single experience (so far) I would recommend anyone looking for RV-related items to check with rvupgradestore before buying. Their prices seem to be favorable, and their shipping was speedy, at a cost that seemed reasonable..

Shipping was very prompt. The Bottles look like they have been around awhile but product impossible to find locally so glad you have it.

We received part of our order direct from the manufacterer within 2 days but did not receive the rest for two weeks and were left to wonder since there were no e-mails either to tell us what was going on. Otherwise when it did ship all was great. They sent e-mails with tracking info.
Just for your information order showed up lighting fast! One package was damaged and open during shipping and the base of one light bulb was dented, but all lights worked perfectly fine so far. We bought the warm white bulbs and they match the exact color and brightness of the old incandescent bulbs without any of the getting super hot,especially in the porch light or the inside lights and none of the battery drain as before. We definitely recommend the warm white in the living areas of your rv so as not to be to bright and blinding, and the bright white would be better for storage areas. We highly recommend these led lights and found no one cheaper on price or better on service than rv upgrade store they are both super great thank you!
So far so good, called 866 # and r xd friendly fast response to my questions. Having Pay Pal is a big plus for me. R xd the A/C unit in a timely manner and undamaged. Installed unit same day, turned it on and it went to work. Unit has been running a week now and it's just flawless. The auto cycling vents are effective at moving air around as this is a 32' (non ducted) trailer, the rear bed room actually gets cold!
I didn't understand why a 22 ft. Cover was priced less than the 20 ft. Cover that I purchased. Both were the same series. The cover fits the length well but Since my trailer has a rounded front I have quite a bit of excess material at the top, I may have to add an additional strap to keep it from flapping in the wind
I only just completed the online order but so far so good. If given the option I will follow up with an order completed and delivered rating and comment. UPDATE...I have made multiple online orders and each and every time the items are as stated and prices better than ive been able to find anywhere else and delivery time is the fastest ive ever seen.
Order an outdoor patio rug for the RV. The quality was excellent however the colors were not exactly as vibrant as the picture on the web site. Ease of ordering online and delivery were excellent. Used it this weekend and sprayed it off when were returned from our camping trip. Looks brand new.
To get the shipping method into your web site was next to impossible. Had to leave the site, and come back again. I had better not get more than one item. So frustrating.
Note: My situation (having a full size hatchback on my truck's canopy), I have an 18" shank on my trailer hitch, which adds to the distance between truck and trailer... could NOT use this Fastway Zip 4' Breakaway Cable. Had to purchase the 6' version from the place where I was picking -up a new trailer (since their conventional cable didn't reach either). So,,,,,,,,, I will be returning this unit for a refund.

Seem to be a company that prides itself on good customer relations and satisfaction. Have not had any bad experiences with them to date. Will continue to buy products from them. Their products seem more than competitively priced (better than Amazon.com)
Motor for my coleman ac unit was correct replacement. The picture on the web site of this motor is incorrect. I ordered by part#. It arrived one day after I placed the order. Will use Rvupgrades for all my rv needs.
I have purchased 4 shower heads now, everyone that comes over and uses mine, wants one of their own. So I gift them one. Just love this shower head!

Quick, easy and price was best I found. Ordered on Friday and received on Monday in perfect shape. What a pleasant shopping experience. This was my first purchase from RVupgrade, but will surely be back.
I truly wish I had checked out the reviews on RVupgrades.com before making our purchase. The UV filter unit arrived with two 2" holes in the inner box and the outer box was split open. No worries it's just a box, right? Upon closer inspection you can see broken glass inside the UV filter housing. The main unit was just rolling around inside the box without any bubble wrap or padding. No wonder it was damaged! I emailed them about the damages, I received no response, so I called the next day. They'd have the correct person call me back; this didn't happen. I called the following day and the same person was out to lunch, uhg! Finally, we synced up with emails and a phone call. They wanted pictures of the damages before they would process the claim and provide an RMA. I explained that the damages are about 9" down a 3/8" hole and a normal camera can't capture the damage; I had already tried. Pictures of the damaged shipping box wasn't enough. With this reseller provided stonewall in place I told them I'd contact the manufacture about the problem. Acuva understood the damage I was talking about and agreed to send a replacement unit right away. Wow, issue resolved via a couple emails! RVupgrades.com, don't walk away, RUN!
Found what I was looking for fast with Keyword search, easy checkout.
Ordered two items only one showed up, Email said that they may come separate boxes. Waited three day no second box and no tracking number. Contacted customer service and Erinn promptly sent out the second order, but no tracking number. Had to contact customer service again and promptly got the number and found hose was on the way and received it two days later.
Over all web site and check out are easy to use, found what I need after looking at a lot of other sites. Other than the mix up with the order and tracking number Erinn at customer service was very helpful with quick action emails. Thanks!
The others had it at a higher price, no one had both!.i will be checking your site first instead of A********, for our rv
The only negative is the shipping charge everyone was free or free over $50. And you'll aave to pay for returns!
Shiiping speed was unbelievable! I ordered by lunchtime and it arrived on my porch the NEXT day via UPS. Amazon doesn't even do this well.
Great selection and prices. I saved over $2,000 by doing the complete towing install myself.
