The customer service with this order was outstanding. I needed one of the sensors right away and rvupgrades was willing to ship separately to get it to me. It turned out they had the entire unit on hand and sent every thing early. My sales rep even followed up from home to make sure I got what I needed. Outstanding!

Not happy about your return policy. Ordered incorrect size and postage to return was almost full cost of product. When ordering a replacement company should reimburse on return postage. I did order replacement but not sure I will shop with you again.

Item was for a replacement on motorhome, to cover all oven vent holes, had to install upside down, same size but bottom longer extension and shorter top. Looks nice, will work, but not totally sealed, but under cover with this vent.
Staff was very nice and very efficient and eager to assist. Will order from here again. Mike

Price of product is less than other sites, but once the shipping charge is added in the price ends up a couple dollars more. I received the EMS system within two days. Very impressed with the fast shipping. Haven't had the chance to use the EMS system yet, but it looks and feels like a much higher quality product than others I've looked at.

5 stars AGAIN! Always great shipping service. You always project the arrival date, and that information is greatly needed for scheduling. Rather wait three or four days for delivery, rather than going two miles down the road, and pay twenty, thirty percent or more at an RV dealer.

This is the first time I have ever had a problem replacing windshield wiper blades. I'm 73 years old, so you can believe that I've done this many, many times in my life. I'm still waiting for the adapter so I can hook up my brake system in order to be able to tow my Jeep behind my motorhome.

I was incredibly happy that your customer service was so prompt and courteous with my problem. My tote was delivered with incorrect wheels and the replacement unit was sent and received before I had the chance to send the original one back. Companies like Amazon that care as much about their customers would have expected to verify receipt of my return before sending out a replacement.

Great Value and waterproof. These were an excellent replacement for our outdoor RV speakers, they fit perfectly. I wish they were offered in a 3 way speaker as well. I would be willing to pay a little more for the sound of a 3-way speaker.

The product worked as advertised, and made a huge difference in the softness of the water.

The only complaint I would have is the plastic fittings for attaching the hoses. They do not look like they will hold up that long. That said, we may just set it up to use quick connects for ease of use. So that should help the plastic fittings last a lot longer.

The Slide Slickers should be identified on the website as to how long they are. In this case they were too long to fit on my 5th Wheel. I don't believe any dimensions were shown and that would be very helpful information for future customers.

I placed an on line order incorrectly on a Sunday afternoon. Called the next day morning to cancel/refund. Someone actually answered the phone (rare these days) and confirmed. I then replaced the order for 3 items on Monday and everything arrived Thursday! Good prices and customer service and prompt processing/shipping. Thanks.
