Disappointed in shipping charge - wanted 3 extra bags and it would cost me $** for shipping. That makes bags pretty expensive.

One thing is the website should be real time! I ordered several items and two where out of stock that showed on website as in stock! So now I am waiting on two things to be restocked before I get them! Other than this I love RV Upgrades! Can't beat the prices and their customer service is great!

Good prices. Nice search functions. Could have used more packaging in boxes to prevent movement of product and crushing of box, but nothing was damaged. I got what i wanted at the best price i was able to find.

Great as usual, once I managed to retrieve my password. Even though the order was shipped via ground, it arrived the next day. I haven't installed the battery watering system yet, so I can't comment on it per se.

I received a set of RV fold out stairs that I ordered. They were the correct ones and were shipped earlier than scheduled. The package had undergone some rough shipping and one of the support ours was slightly bent I straighten it myself without much trouble

Was not contacted for two days after my order was then told my sink cover was back ordered my sink showed up with a scratch in it because of poor packaging and still have not heard when my cover will be here so I will be sure to spread the word about your customer service

RVUpgrades appears to have all of the parts and accessories I will need for my motorhome and toad. The website is easy to navigate with the items organized in a logical manor. The prices seemed to be competitive based on some price comparisons with other vendors. The quick and free shipping was a definite bonus.

Turned out, my order was shipped to the wrong address. Contacted customer service, received phone call within a few hours, order was re-sent and received in a few days.

I have ordered several times from the RV Upgrade Store. Each order has been delivered quickly and every item was exactly as I had ordered. Most recently, the check-out process allowed me to pay through my Amazon account, which I found to be very simple and efficient.

Every thing arrived in a timely manner, but I think all items would have fit in the one large box instead of one item per box as was shipped. There must have been 150 yards of paper stuffed in the entire order. Somebody needs to go to packaging school.
