RV Upgrades has fair prices and will resolve any problems a buyer may have. I just had some dealings with another company that did not even have a way to contact them by phone and were totally non-responsive to any problems. The only thing i am disappointed on for this order is 2 of the items are out of stock and I am pretty certain at least one of them showed stock when I placed the order.

Customer service was super kind and helpful...your pricing is lower than the dealer cost on the part... and with FREE shipping! You cannot beat it... I am a new "Camper" and I will be ordering all my needs through you in the future... thanks for a great experience!

You guys did a really good job with this purchase. Compare to some recent online purchases I've made you guys killed it. Maybe less emails next time somehow. Each item ordered had a separate email for each delivery step, maybe one for the entire delivery would be enough...

Once again our order was shipped complete, accurate in all areas of questions, on time, and at the right price. Completely happy with all transactions, compared with the large RV dealer two miles from our address.

The gas lift springs I received work great, with perfect fitment, easy replacement, and appear to be comparable in quality to the ones I removed (which cost almost twice as much). I call that a win-win.!

The mat arrived in perfect condition. My only dissatisfaction was that it had no carry step or case. The description did not make that clear. I wish when I ordered it a pop up menu would have directed me to a strap I could have purchased along with it. I hated using bungee cords.

Not a bad price, or quality - for a Chinese made item. My last Chinese rockers I purchased elsewhere didn't last, so I'm skeptical of these. My initial impression is good though. But I give only 4 stars, due to origin.

I looked all over for my vacuum bags and found them here and priced less than at the bigger camping stores, which didn't have them in stock. I'm glad I was able to find them. Thanks for your excellent service.

Quick and good price... I ordered a 295 but got a 291. Which looks exactly like the 290 i was trying to replace. So it fit perfectly and i'm very happy... Delivery was super fast... like less then 24 hours.

This is the second time ordering from your company thank you. I wish I can go pick my order at the eastlake warehouse instead of ups people drop it off at my house the box was pretty well beat up no damage to what I order but you can tell ups don't care about there job's and my product.

I've not had time to install the steering stabilizer so can't say more than "It looks like what I ordered." As soon as surgeon clears me to lift more than 5 lbs., I'll be working on the install and then the test drive and who knows; maybe I can leave an intelligent review at that time.

Item was easy to find with question and answer section as well as reviews all easy to access. Product looks well made and price was good compare to other stores online. Google trusted site also gives peace of mind at least for me. Guess we'll see how it goes. Thanks.
