Best price I could find plus free shipping. Only downside was that they didn't ship right away and it took several phone calls to find out why. I would still buy from them again. Customer service was easy to contact and helpful.

Received one item in my order that was incorrect. Submitted an electronic return form and received a response the next day. A customer service rep phoned to follow up with me. I provided additional information at their request to complete the return/replacement.

Received product lightly damaged. The catch on the slide was damaged, but I was able to straighten it out with some heavy duty pliers. The "installation" guide is vague, so I will be contacting power gear (Kwikee) we'll see how that goes!

I really like the fact that the company checked up to make sure I received my product. This is a step above others. With technology it's so easy and most places once you buy a product they are done with the customer. I am working on starting my own RV repair business and will be using RV Upgrades again.

So far it has been a breeze. Fast delivery. Only issue I ran into was the rear stabilizer bar hitting the jack brace when raised and not allowing it to be completely raised. A small spacer on the brace bolt to move it over out of the way and we are good to go. These things really do firm up the stance. After I was done myself and my father both where trying to rock the fifth wheel and it was solid.
