My second order was shipped even faster than my first... I mean crazy fast, as in I ordered Friday, and had it on my front porch Monday! The price for a Scan Gauge "D" was very reasonable, ($** cheaper than anywhere else!)
Everything went fine with the ordering process. No complaints there at all. Found the best price on what I was looking for on their website.
However, when the product was delivered in an undamaged and non taped box, the mounting hardware and the instructions were missing. Contacted them via phone and was told this problem was being sent to their warehouse and another product would be sent back out and a return authorization for the previous one issued.
So far, can't complain about the pricing or customer service. Just hate the hardware and instructions were missing from a near perfect condition original package...
Shipping is a little higher than most but your products are very competitive in price. I received them quickly and they were of excellent quality. A little lower shipping charges would make you Fantastic.

Our new, grey Palm tree mat arrived faster than any delivery that ever came! It arrived in perfect condition inside it's very durable storage bag. I've seen some mats that were so light weight, thin, and flimsy...but this one is made very well. It has perfect thickness and looks very nice outside our RV. I love the idea that to clean it, only a hose and a broom is needed! I absolutely recommend this product! If I ever need another one, I'll give my service to this company. Everything positive!
As the three items ordered came from different suppliers, they arrived on different days. All made it by the time we needed them. Not listed is the Jeep tow light kit, which was the wrong one and will be returning.
Took a little longer to process than I'd expected, but there were security measures responsible for most of the extra time. Some bugs in the website, which I opened a support ticket regarding, but never received a response.
Plenty of updates on shipping progress. Price I paid was the cheapest I'd found online. Overall, great experience!
Website claimed same day shipment...not quite. So far, my one order of 9 items has shipped in 4 different packages (and no, it's not too big to have fit in one large box or 2 small/mediums). Worst of all, the 4th package shipped today, over ONE FULL WEEK from the date the order was placed. Prices were good, but the speed of shipment was woeful. If I've got all the time in the world to wait for my items, I may consider shopping again...
Fast response for the product. I have not installed the unit it appears to be a well built water tank. I'm impressed by the many options and sizes available. That is one of the most important factors as well.
Overall my experience was positive. I only gave 4 stars because one of the products we ordered was no longer available, but still on the website. In fact, during this survey the unavailable product was listed to be reviewed. The company refunded the extra we paid for 2 day shipping when the products didn't arrive when promised. One of the items we ordered was to be shipped from the manufacturer, unfortunately the manufacturer did not ship it within the time frame for which we paid. RV Upgrades was very helpful and had that item sent from another distributor by 2-day air. The customer service was excellent. They were apologetic for the mix-ups and were always gracious and kind in our conversations. I will do business with them in the future.
Good product which will fit my RV well. Only issue was confusion on stock and delivery. I received an email stating the product was back ordered and not expected for 5-6 weeks. 2 days after that email, a new email told me the items were shipped, and they did arrive a day or two later.
Your web site is a nightmare to navigate in every way! Not even close to being user friendly! Even the last page at checkout, you are at the bottom entering CC number and there is no "place order" box. You have to go back to the top to find it. Seriously? Good products at good prices, thank you!
Second comment, Received damaged tow bar with possible manufacturing defect and RV Upgrades has sent another tow bar to arrive today (2/3/14).
You guys are great! I have never experienced the outstanding customer service from any other online company! Your follow through on the order was amazing! You contacted me throughout the whole order and shipping process so I knew exactly what was going on! I have not used the supports yet, but plan on using them this Labor Day weekend. Thank you for being an excellent company to buy from. Will definitely be using you in the future when I am in need of products.
Web catalog listed this item (butyl tape) as being a 30' roll. The rolls that I received were 40' rolls. I'm not complaining, just that I may end up with one extra roll.

Site worked well. Good price, good packing. Shipment was late leaving your warehouse by a few days, not sure why. I had to make contact to find out where the order was at. Would prefer you were proactive and telling me shipment would be late.

Similar part found on other sites, but your description and ability to magnify product image made it a definite choice to order from you. Also, your location is close to me and would provide quicker shipping.

Love an online merchant that has follow-thru! A few days after our purchase arrived RVupgrades.com actually contacted us (via email) to make sure we received it. They have tracking info for sure however deliveries at times do not go as planned. First online merchant that we have shopped with that checked to confirm delivery.
Not happy about what I feel like is deceptive advertisement with my awning purchase. It says 14 foot long and I purchased it purely by reading that! When it got her I figured out it was to short at 13'2'. My bad I guess. You guy are willing to exchange (as long as I pay for shipping) but shipping it back would cost me $185 with UPS. That's almost as much as the product itself. I am now stuck with an unusable awning!
