Your performance and follow through was outstanding. I wish the product would have included detailed information online -- it involved chlorine gas and has a multitude of serious cautions that were unknown until package had been opened.

First time ordering from your site. Variety of the small items that RV\'ers need is what got me here. I buy about 60-70% of my supplies online. Products arrived in less than a week with standard shipping. Items are just as I ordered. Keep it up and I\'ll be back.

Buying experience was so good that I definitely will use this business when looking for future items for my 33 foot class C RV. I just happened to stumble upon it while searching for an item online. I'm sure they'll survive the unsure future we all have been thrust into with this virus scare.

I don't ever recall prior login and as such started as first timer but had much difficulty with email address & password. Finally requested a "forget password", got it and then was able to complete order

Shopping experience is fine...shipping costs are getting ridiculous! One of the products I received was obviously used and broken...contacted Customer Service and they had another one shipped immediately...received new as promised!

Shipping charges should come up before total of charges, but otherwise site is ok. Order was received incomplete and took more than one phone call to resolve. However, employees were very nice and I'd buy from them again. In fact I already have, I received another order today (10/26) and it went smoothly.

Online Shopping cart has issues with items disappearing if you open another tab then go back to shopping cart...kind of annoying. However, once I got the order placed it came quickly and I'm VERY satisfied with the quality.

Found this site through Google search. Was impressed with price of item and very pleased when clicking on the option for a lower price. If item arrives within stated time frame this will be an excellent purchase experience.

Had what I needed and delivered in a timely manor so we could travel and have our water tank level sensor working.

Where I shop depends on prices of like items and assoc. Fees ie shipping/handling (fairness), customer satisfaction rate also plays big role. Return policy plays in also. Shopping Experience so far good. Lets evaluate the rest of the order when it arrives--sure it will be ok though & hopefully in a timely manner.

Due to our email address having been used when we placed a previous order, it proved to require more effort than anticipated to place this order. Biggest positive ==> the part was shipped and arrived on time. Biggest negative ===> extremely high shipping charges.

Placed my order on a Sunday evening - it was shipped Monday and within 36 hours it was on my door step. I didn't even check the tracking number until Wednesday and it had been left on Tuesday afternoon. Have no idea how UPS Ground good deliver a package in less than 36 hours traveling 963 miles plus going through 2 sorting depots. Somebody is really quick. Total service 5 star from order to deliver.

Good prices, easy to use site. I ordered two products at the same time, they were shipped separate of each other, one item came within a couple of days while the second item took over a week. Both items were in stock so i`m not sure what happened.

RVupgrades provides fast shipping and has great service technicians who can answer any questions you have regarding the product you're looking to purchase. The price was less then ordering from the original manufacturer. The next time I need something for my motorhome, I will check RVupgrades first.

This company took the time to call me regarding discrepancies with my order, such as different addresses for my billing and shipping, looking out for my financial interests. Then they shipped the item very fast. Nice people. I will shop there again.

Item arrived on time and, tho I haven't installed it yet, looks like a quality piece and should fulfill my needs

Was not leaving a comment as previous experiences with company were much better than this time. In following up on return process I discovered that replacement order had not been placed or was misplaced. Customer service person may have been having a bad day but I felt like she was more concerned about getting damaged product back than getting replacement to me.

Excellent price and ease of ordering. The only hitch I had was for some reason my order didn't ship and it took two phone calls to get it right. The people I talked to were very nice, professional and when it became apparent that something went wrong, they shipped another priority mail. A great bunch to deal with!
