Item is as describe. I had no problems in installing the MaxAir replacement part. Our fan works like new again.

They are packaging in to small of a box and the product is damaged (because not layed flat) when it gets here.

Makes storing water hoses a lot easier. Little disappointed that I couldn't store my 50 foot power cord in it.

Original remote would not work, ordered this OEM remote and "bingo" all is well. Exact replacement.

Ordering and delivery went smoothly. Update on transportation good. Only problem rug was supposed to be 8'x20' actual size 8'x19'6".

The website was easy to navigate through, there was good descriptions and pictures of the products. Price seemed very fair after comparing it other sites. I received everything in a timely manner. What else could you ask for?

Clear and thorough descriptions. Nose pictures of product. A picture is still worth a thousand words.The automatic transfer switch arrived safely even though there was no packing inside the shipping box.

Took four times through to get this order for two items processed! Spent way more time than I would have at Amazon, but saved $3.50. Your interface with PayPal was working very poorly. Worst online order experience in years!

Straps or whatever were not on the slip together type box containing B&W Hitch so it was opened without cutting anything sealing package. Shipping must not have strapped boxes. Saw evidence of packing tape. Guessing something this heavy need more than tape.

Reasonable prices and shipping. Received completely different part number from what I ordered. Didn't match item description (picture) on site. If part was replaced with an updated or newer part, it should have been advertised.

Easy to find product, competitive price, and simple checkout via Paypal.
Quick shipping will make this a great experience.

UPDATE: Received earlier than anticipated and packaged extremely well. Already installed and very satisfied!
