I ordered a part for my air; after $331 it never came. I had to contact the company, Amber was rude. She said it came back to them Undeliverable? Funny, I have gotten all the rest of my mail without any problems with that address. Asked me if I wanted her to send it back out. Uhhhhh... yes it's hot and I need my air part that I already paid for. Finally, get the part... its the wrong part?! I call back to crappy customer service again. I was told it was the correct part but the manufacturer might have changed it and that a 2-3 day approval was needed from them for me to get a shipping label to return the item. The box listed the correct item number but the part inside the box wasn't correct. Amanda was completely rude several times upon speaking with her. Accused me of calling her all day about receiving my refund, which wasn't true. She was horrible at customer service & and rude & an major attitude to boot. I did finally get the refund but do yourself a favor & save yourself the nightmare, crappy experience... Shop anywhere else!
This site acts like a well established company and they make themselves look like a big company. They are merely 2-3 people. Every time I called about items they had no information and directed me to manufacture for support. I ordered an item and was given vague answers so I ordered the part. Took them 3 days to ship my part. Only after they got a third party involved with evaluating my transaction, which they do not tell you, and a phone call demanding my part be sent because I was not going to be in the area I shipped to for long. I called on a Friday morning trying to find out what happened and where it was. (The same lady as always) she told me it would be sent out Monday and then expected by Friday, that's 10 days from the time I ordered. EBay gives better shipping times than them. It was 9am and they couldn't get it out the same day... Well she called me back, I guess she worried i was going to cancel, and said she could get it out that day because she called the manufacturer (who actually handles all their shipping because they do not stock anything) and they offered 2 day air for about $2 more. This company screams bull$@#t. I'll never order from them again. If they are cheaper just order from etrailer.com who will match their price plus 10%. They will also offer expert advice on all parts because their staff review training material from manufacturer. So I refused delivery of item and this same lady calls and leaves me a vmail sounding like a disgusted her by not wanting it after all like she repaired my lost dog and I didn't say anything to her.
I found the ivory color lap sealant I needed for our RV roof. I also found rubber gutter spout protectors to prevent the RV cover from getting torn during winter storage.
I had to initiate a dispute with my credit card company when my refund wasn't issued when more than 30 days passed since returning item. I don't recommend this company to anyone!
